In today’s internet age we all are online. On any given day you can search someone and all these different information’s about them will pop up. Now you can be a social media star and live the dream. Be known by millions of people. Be admired for your beauty and quick witt. World Fitters when I first started going online just for fun I had no picture of myself. Now you search my name you see many pictures. That in itself is an accomplishment. You see when I fist started building my business Frans Online Business INC I had but two or three pictures up now I have so many. Nevertheless I’m no social media star. I’m just an ordinary girl trying to live this extraordinary life of mines. After-all in the end what truly matters is how you see yourself. In the end you will only have yourself to answer to.

How are you? I’m frantastic and I hope you are having a lovely morning mmmm ya. ?? World Fitters I realize it’s been a while since I last talked about my self love journey. I suppose that is because I have not been giving much thought to my weight loss. From the begining it was nerver about me caring so much about my weight. It was other people who cared so much about the size of my body which I never actually got. I mean it’s my body why do you care so much? The truth of the matter is it has to be you that decide to make the change to live a “healthier life style.” No one can make you lose weight and keep it off it is your own personal choice. I made that decision on November 1, 2016 and since then I have never looked back. Nonetheless it was never about the number on the scale for me it was all about the journey of acceptance and love for one self.

World Fitters you know what? I’m very proud of my weight loss though not for reasons you think. I will give you a hint it has nothing to do with the number on the scale. It has everything to do with the women I have become. I’m so unapologetic about gaining weight. I’m human I eat weight gain happens sorry but not sorry. Before people would just bluntly say what happened to you why you let yourself go? Then they would wait for an explanation like I have done something wrong. They would seriously wait for me to apologies for my weight gain at least that’s how I felt at that point of my life. World Fitters you don’t need to explain your choice to put on a couple of pounds. Your weight is your business and your personal body apperance is between you and your significant other. Losing weight should be your decision a lone and yes your partners as well. How are you doing in the world? I hope you are frantastic and having a wonderful day ya. World Fitters as we all know life is very unpredictable. We can be here laughing and living one day and be gone to our own special forevermore within seconds. Such is the reality of those affected by the Coronavirus . The virus is said to have begin in China. My heart goes out to anyone who has been affected by the virus. I myself haven’t been well. Don’t worry its not the virus it’s a rash and I have been getting aches and pain through out my perfectly imperfect body. I finally was able to get a new doctor and am now waiting for my new card. I will be keeping you guys updated on how I’m feeling. I believe it is my grandmother who got me sick again. When she died I was upset so I went to see her body I believe that is how I got sick. I didn’t even touch her. I have to believe I will get well soon and get raid of my grandmothers sickness.

How are you all doing this morning? I’m doing ok just a bit tired still. Some of you may know that my sleep patterns are really messed up. For instance there are days yes days that I don’t get any sleep because I’m up working on my business. My head would hurt my body would be killing me and I would try to fix my sleep patterns to a more “normal” hours of the day. Then my body would not be used to sleeping at that time so I would lay awake instead falling into my Franchy sleep haven. Recently I have been reading about the consequences of not getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep each day. Not sleeping can really impact your health World Fitters. I know, I know before you say no sh**t Sherlock I know you need seep. Your body is hurting because it is trying to communicate to you you need to get under your covers and make love to your bed. Enough is enough take care of yourself Franchy.

First of thank you God for waking me up to see another day, I’m blessed. I have an other chance to make all right praise God. By the way how do you do World Fitters? I hope all is well and you are at your best health ever ya. I’m ok just have been unwell after my grandmother getting me sick again. I really need to make an appointment to see the Dr ASAP as I really feel unwell at times. I’m concern too because the person who made me sick is not with us anymore she is part of the past now. World Fitters do you ever feel like the past is continuously trying to be relevant? Part of the now again. The past just don’t want to be forgotten. Like an ex boyfriend continuously trying to get back with you into a relatioship that has ended for a reason. The past always lingers waiting for a chance to reappear into your forevermore for eternity.

Today started on a positive note as I had to ready myself to go on trailer checks. I don’t know if I have mentioned Movie Measures before? I have been working with this great company since May 24, 2019 and I must say I love it. I love working primarily from home but I find from time to time it doesn’t hurt to team up with another company and earn our life. I’m still an independent contractor (self employed) I still am in control how much I work somewhat plus the extra money doesn’t hurt either. I truly believe it is never a good idea to put all your eggs into one basket. Multiple streams of income is the way to go! World Fitters I have had many days where I feel God is testing my patience and faith. I mean where everything that could possibly go wrong is doing just that. For example, that day I lost my Facebook Account. I’m sorry I keep using my Facebook Account lost as an example I just truly believe it makes the best point ever. During that time in my life I was really making an improvement with my blogging. I was still missing a few days but I still was keeping up which was great. Nevertheless, I just got too depress to continue blogging. I just kept thinking I can’t believe I lost my account. I just kept blaming myself and putting a lot of pressure on my soul. I just could not deal! So I just stop blogging! During that time my life became very dark. I was miserable no one could make me happy no matter what. The only thing that would make me happy was getting my account back ASAP. We all know that was not possible so unfortunately I was out of luck. We have to choose happiness World Fitters. Losing my account was out of my control but my happiness was always up to me. Its up to us all to make ourselves happy. We can’t depend on anyone for that not even our parents. Life flies and any moment we waste being sad and not doing what we love is time wasted that we can Never get back. We have to love ourselves and know we deserve to be happy living the life we want. Look at me. Seriously I know it is easier said then done. Life is hard and unfair at times. Nevertheless, it is always whatever we make of it.

How are you this morning? To be honest I’m not too peachy this morning. My blue eyes are a bit dimmer then usual I’m not my usual chirpy self. World Fitters yes I’m 100% real! I’m not only going to post when I’m having a good day. Yes I have bad days we all do that’s part of life. I’m not going to only post only about happy goody silly days then you all would think I’m a blogger robot just posting generic posts daily. That would defeat the whole purpose of me deciding to create my daily dose of self love. I want to share all of my life good and bad. I feel like if I leave the bad out I would be leaving a lot out and that wouldn’t be fair to you Lovelies. I personally feel that being fair is always the right choice. Sometimes when you realize you are not being fair keep it moving try try again.

Yes World Fitters I believe we always have a choice no matter what. When we feel we have no choices we end up feeling trapped and lost. Which may lead to some level of depression. This morning the reason I was feeling depressed was because I was thinking about the situation that happened with Americare at 2255 Coleman. I was just treated very badly and it got me really mad that I could not do anything about it I felt trap and lost. It happened on August 2018 and I have not really talked about it with anyone except the guy I was dating at the time. Eddy was really supportive with listening to me and telling me that company was really unprofessional and they were. I have never experience anything like that before and hope to never again. The experience with Americare really reiterated why I should continue working on my own business Frans Online Business INC. I can’t believe it even the teacher and staff was doing the bullying. I really wanted to sue but I just don’t have to money like that. At a later time I will write an article about my full experience with 2255 Coleman. As always I hope my experience can help inspire someone who have been through the same thing. Nevertheless life does go on and I have to keep it moving and continue working on my dream. You guys are truly never to far from my thoughts. I really appreciate you supporting my dream and giving my dream life. How are my Lovelies? I hope you are well and everything in your life is just as you like. Wait. Just wait. Life will never be exactly as you like. Things will not always go your way that doesn’t mean you have to be bitter about things. For instance I’m ok. My life is not quite as I want it to be my life is always a work in progress. My business is moving slowly but surely. I’m enjoying my life as a single women though at times I get very lonely. I’m still not pregnant because I have not found the one. World Fitters sometimes we get so caught up with what everyone else wants with us that we lose the core reason why we are here? Then we realize all we need is a long walk out and about on the wild side.

World Fitters today was another beautiful day to be out and about in New York City. Spring is in the air and I’m definitely looking forward to taking my walks outside again as my apartment as much as I love it ya its just not the same. I believe I have said that before that walking really helps me free my mind and get rid of all my negative thinking. Sometimes you just need to step out for a bit and get a fresh breath of new perspectives. Yes I need to get my stuffy apartment out of my nostrils and replace it with the more enjoyable nature smell. World Fitters yes I can be very literal literally! For example, when someone says I’m lit I always respond oh no you are on fire . Don’t ask that’s just me! I feel walking always gets me feeling like my old Franchy self. Sometimes I’m just bored and just decide to leave and go on a long frantastic walk out of no where to no where.
