World Fitters do you remember that I have been telling you all that I’m not feeling particularly well? I have been getting this rash for sometime now. So I called the doctor and made an appointment to get my perfectly imperfect body checked out. So today was the day for my doctors appointment. Let me tell you Lovelies I almost did not go at all as I was afraid what the doctor would found out. As you can imagine I was worrying myself way too much trying to figure out what my grandmother has passed on to me. Needless to say they did find something wrong. Dr Gallo said I have a skin fungal infection and that is why the rash have been spreading. So short answer is my grandmother did get me sick. I feel a bit angry at her at getting me sick to be honest. It also leaves some unanswered questions. Lovelies let this be a good lesson learned even if it is a relative. You never know how they lived their life and how careful they were at trying to stay healthy. My grandmother was not into health as I’m. She has never exercised a day in her life and she only eat unhealthy foods. Even in her older age she still continue eating food she is not supposed to. I want to be different. Or should I say goodnight World Fitters as I know it maybe night where you are as of now. Moreover should I say goodnight because this lovely perfectly imperfect morning I will be talking about how I have been sleeping lately. As some of you may know from reading my earlier posts I have a bit of a sleeping problem. When I’m suppose to be awake I’m asleep and when I’m suppose to be sleeping I’m awake. For example, I would be writing my daily dose of self love post and soon I would be heading to bed like around 9am. Weird I know! ?❤ Lack of sleep have really affected my overall health actually. I’m always tired and I lack a good amount of energy. Additionally I have been getting headaches again and been taking some unnecessary days off. Needless to say a good rest is required if you truly want to be happy, healthy, and run a successful business mmmmmm ya.

I really feel the difference as I’m not as tired as I usually was. I feel really great I’m happy to say! Nevertheless sometimes I still do have a problem falling asleep as my body got used to me sleeping at really odd hours.
