Hiya Lovelies. How do you do? I hope all is truly madly deeply going well for you. Thankfully, I’m feeling better. I’m trying to be positive through it all. More specifically, be more body positive. “Body positivity promotes self-love by accepting all bodies, reducing anxiety, depression, and body dissatisfaction, boosting self-esteem, and improving overall mental wellness by focusing on your body’s function and strength, not just its looks, though some find body neutrality (accepting without judgment) more helpful than forced positivity. “

Lovelies, as you all know, it is all about positivity. You can’t truly live the life you desire by being negative all the time and constantly focusing on your shortcomings. Likewise, you won’t live a rich, happy, healthy life by not being body positive. You only have one body. You have to take very good care of it. If you don’t feel confident in your very own body, then other areas of your perfectly imperfect life will also suffer. For example, my dating wasn’t easy when I didn’t feel attractive to my partner. I was constantly looking at other women and comparing myself to them. I didn’t feel like I was worth it and was pretty enough. Consequently, I got into so many bad relationships.
