Good day World Fitters
Franchy is here with another daily post to help brighten your days with a little sprinkle of love here and there. Today was a tad bit difficult to get out of bed as you all know am not feeling well. Understandably I just wanted to lay in bed all day and just relax. For once I just wanted to do nothing and hust be. Unfortunately with all the work I have to do it’s just not possible. I remember the years before taking weeks off and not working just doing nothing. While it was nice to relax nonetheless it wasn’t conducive to a successful business nor did it help any to pay my mounting bills. Doing nothing seems easy enough but is it really?
Sometimes doing nothing can be the hardest thing you will ever have to do in this frantastic life of yours, it requires quietting all the self-doubt and just being. The more I work on building my business the harder it is getting just to take some time off. Nowadays I just get half a day off rather than take the entire day. I feel that when you have your own business unless you have a partner to take over for the rest of the day then you’re really working 24 hours. If something comes to your immediate attention then you simply have to take care of it not wait until your next shift. Moreover working from home while it seems simple enough can be quite daunting. You never actually leave work because duhh your job is at home. Nonetheless, nothing is more harder than doing absolutely nothing and clearing out all the self-doubt and fears in your frantastic head. At least for me it is, quieting my mind I just find it to be difficult at times. Even on a break, I find myself thinking of the things I need to do when I’m back from my brake. World Fitters yes I’m working on relaxing more. I know I need to change my perceptions about life. What about you World Fitters any plans for today? Sometimes your body being unwell it’s your body’s way of saying please listen to me and love me. Often when we’re unwell we become depressed and we begin blaming ourselves for our unrelentless condition. For instance back like three weeks ago when I had a cold followed by an unexplainable rash I kept wondering if it was something that I did to get me so sick. It was not until I went to the doctor that I realized that it was my grandmother making me sick. She’s been sick for a while and for some reason when I come in contact with her I become ill. One such day I was looking for my mail when I went back down stirs my nose was really irritating me and I could not understand why. Then I realize I was next to my grandmother’s room. My body was trying to tell me that something was attacking me and I should be careful around my grandmother. Consequently, I have been staying away from her as I don’t want to get sick again. We all need to listen to our bodies it always has a wonderful frantastic story to tell. Today I started my moring with a bit of worrying. First of I was waiting for
Sometimes to start a new doesn’t mean starting all over, just be the best you there is no do-over. So today I started my day as usual. I did my morning meditation then did my special prayer too. I knew today was going to be a busy day. I took off from Web Modeling and say I would do extra hours today to make up. World Fitters do you realize when it’s time to work time goes super fast? So much so next thing you know you’re in front of a computer working. Working is working whether it is online or offline. Work can be hard coincidentally starting a new venture can be equally as hard. Nonetheless, I need this new start for Frans Online Business INC I really want to grow my business and be successful. This new start will give me a chance to do just that. I have to succeed and I will. Since it is the new year new starts are out and about trying to find their own special space. Tomorrow is a big day I will be giving my business a much-needed recharge. I need to work harder on my dreams and believe in myself. Bonjour World Fitters
First I would like to thank God for waking me up to see another day. Today I feel a bit disappointed in myself as I was unable to do my morning meditation. Life gets busy at times and this morning I find myself rusching so I can work later on the day. Nowadays I find myself trying to work more to catch up with my bills. Which is exactly why I need to keep up with my morning meditation. Nonetheless, I was still able to do my morning talk with God
Sometimes you need the talk that can save your life by opening your eyes to all the possibilities of life your beautiful. I talk to God each day like we are best friends. I told him my worries we discuss my difficulties and what I can do to improve myself. I love these special times as I can be my true self with no apology. No restrictions just unconditional love aww so lovely. Moreover what I mostly love is the pure honesty and trust we have with one another. He tells me the truth for I can improve. These special talks have saved my life so many times. For instance, there were so many times that I felt suicidal but he took me in his arms and showed me the way.
