Or should I say goodnight World Fitters as I know it maybe night where you are as of now. Moreover should I say goodnight because this lovely perfectly imperfect morning I will be talking about how I have been sleeping lately. As some of you may know from reading my earlier posts I have a bit of a sleeping problem. When I’m suppose to be awake I’m asleep and when I’m suppose to be sleeping I’m awake. For example, I would be writing my daily dose of self love post and soon I would be heading to bed like around 9am. Weird I know! ?❤ Lack of sleep have really affected my overall health actually. I’m always tired and I lack a good amount of energy. Additionally I have been getting headaches again and been taking some unnecessary days off. How are you today World Fitters? I hope you are doing great ya. I’m doing ok really can’t complain. I started my day good by listening to the radio and getting dressed and ready to go out. I have to deposit my checks and get some food for my apartment. I really get excited when I get a chance to go out and do a bit of a run. After being stuck in my apartment everyday I do need a bit of a fresh air. I hear some people don’t even want to take the chance to go out . They do everything online even shopping. I completely understand that as we are in crazy times. Even when I go out there is really nothing to do. Everything is a ghost town barely anything is open. Yesterday when I finally reached the milestone for my business I was very proud of myself. I’m still very proud of myself today. It really took a lot of work to get to exactly where I’m today.
