Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 11-02-2025 With Luv “Money matters of the heart and your well-being.” Part 2.

“Money and wellbeing are closely linked; financial stress can cause or worsen mental and physical health issues, while financial stability improves wellbeing.” Yes. Which is why I wanted to talk more about how money can impact your well-being. With all these different ways to earn an income. Things have become quite pricey. For example, a McDonald’s meal is no longer as cheap as it used to be. Yes, the cost of living is much higher, and the price of an apartment has become intolerable. Luckily, working for a company is a lot more flexible. Allowing for different ways to earn every breath you take. Many people like me enjoy the convenience of working from home. Additionally, now, being a model and an actress is made easier by platforms like YouTube. For instance, I myself am an independent model. But I’m much more.

Yes, Lovelies, I’m much more than a pretty face. I have a dream and I’m determined to make it come true. If you have dreams, don’t let your hardships define you. I just wanted to be authentic and transparent with you all. The last three years of my life have been difficult financially. With me working on my dreams and no longer exchanging my time for money, my finances have really dwindled, and I have personally been struggling with my well-being and mental health. Yeah, some days are easier than others. There are days when I’m too depressed and don’t want to get out of bed. Moreover, there are days when I’m like, “What are you doing? Get a job and forget your dreams.” But I do have jobs, and those are my two businesses, Francesca Etheart INC and Frans Online Business INC. I do various jobs and I’m everywhere. I love that! I love controlling my own destiny. What I don’t love is the impact of my financial problems on my well-being. I need to remember why I wanted to work from home: to write my dreams and model my perfect imperfections. I have come a long way from not even making a penny online to now paying my bills and surviving on my online work. Yes, money is necessary, but not having enough of it doesn’t define you. You can make a whole lot of money and lose it all on a bad business deal, and make it all over again. But your health and mental health are priceless and not so easily restored. I wanted to share this with you all to support you in your time of need. Let you know you are not alone and remind you to keep fighting for your dreams. Like I always say, I’m not a guru with all the answers. I’m just a girl sharing pieces of her perfect imperfections in the hope of helping those in need. I love you and take care. Bye for now.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 11-01-2025 With Luv “Money matters of the heart and your well-being.”

Hi Lovelies, and how are you doing? I hope you are well and safe wherever you are. Today, I wanted to discuss the impact of money stress on your well-being. “Money significantly impacts wellbeing, with financial stress linked to physical and mental health issues like anxiety, poor sleep, and chronic diseases.” Money worries can keep you up all night and be the first thing you think of when you wake up. From rent to groceries everything has a price tag. I’m in beautiful New York, and everything is expensive here. Just rent a lone can take most of your paycheck. Money is not everything, but it is everything.

Yes, some people say money doesn’t bring you happiness. It doesn’t help you find true love. While it is true that some people can be absolutely miserable and be wealthy. Similarly, true love is not defined by how much money you have in your bank account. However, having money is necessary for your mental health and overall well-being. There is not much you can do if you don’t have money. For example, if you are in a relationship, financial problems can lead to many arguments. Nevertheless, even though having money is essential, it is not worth constantly stressing about it. As a matter of fact, the more you worry about not having enough money, the longer you are going to be in your financial situation. You will continually struggle with the daily necessities of life. Instead, I encourage you to seek help. Look for financial assistance online. Also, working a side gig can be beneficial. There is a lot more I would like to say. Stay tuned for part 2. Have a blessed day or night wherever you are, ya.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 10-31-2025 With Luv “Happy Birthday to your happily ever after well-being.”

Happy birthday to me. Yes, today is my perfectly imperfect day. So many years of living and trying to make all my dreams come true. Having a great well-being will help me to celebrate many more days. If today is your birthday or you are about to celebrate a birthday, awesome. Birthdays are our special day. A celebration of life. To see how far you have come. Boy, I have come so far from no pictures online to a host of pictures. Now, when it comes to my well-being, I can still use a bit of work.

Yes, guys, of course, I’m always authentic with you, even at the grand old age of 43. I’m still trying to find my place in this perfectly imperfect world and thinking about getting therapy for some unresolved issues. Moreover, I learned a bit more about myself just from cutting my hair and starting over. Yes, life and all its beautiful possibilities. Focusing on more important things. At my age, I didn’t need many presents. Some people taking the time out of their day to wish me a happy birthday was fulfilling enough. So, if you are also near my age or just trying to find life’s meaning, you are not alone. My birthday wish is that all of you are doing well. If you have something on your mind and would like some support, please share your beautiful thought in the comments. Have a blessed, gorgeous day or night, wherever you are.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 10-30-2025 With Luv “Faith and your wellbeing.”

Hiya Lovelies. Yesterday wasn’t the best day ever. Let me be honest, that is a total underestimate. In my mind, the worst thing that could have happened did just that happen. Needless to say, this created a great deal of stress, which was accompanied by considerable worry. You know what, Lovelies? All I needed was some faith, as not everything is as it seems. Moreover, not everything will be clearly determined and explainable. This is when your faith and well-being come together to create your happily-ever-after. Sometimes, the best thing that could have happened to you is something you can’t explain, so you smile.

Growing up, one of my favorite shows to watch was Unsolved Mysteries, hosted by Robert Stack. Yes, I actually began watching Unsolved Mysteries when I was 9 years old. Ya, I was still a baby. Something about the mysteries in our perfectly imperfect lives truly piques my interest. As mysteries are rarely provable, we need faith to understand and make sense of the perfect imperfections. Yes, Lovelies, our faith can go a long way toward supporting our well-being. “Faith can significantly contribute to overall well-being by offering a sense of purpose, hope, and peace, while also fostering social connections and providing coping mechanisms during difficult times.” On my blog, I try to avoid discussing my religious beliefs. For one thing, I believe that it should be private and is deeply personal. Additionally, you guys come from all over the world and believe whatever you feel, and that is perfectly fine. When I mention faith, I’m not referring to your religion or spiritual beliefs. I’m referring to the optimistic belief that everything will be okay, no matter how bad things may seem now. The ever-optimist smiles through life’s perfectly imperfect derailments. For example, a childhood personality I used to watch in my teen years just recently died from Cancer. Her name was Annada Lewis, the ’90s VJ who grew to fame. It was heartwarming to see that she still had faith, despite knowing she didn’t have much time with her friends and family. She had a son whom she wanted to watch grow up into a wonderful man. Her faith allows her to live just long enough to see him graduate from middle school. If she had been miserable, feeling sorry for herself that she was dying, she might not have lived that long. Yes, I genuinely believe that Lovelies. Some of you may disagree with me. That’s okay, you are entitled to your own opinions. I never truly judge. So, what are your thoughts on Faith, Lovelies? Has having faith also helped you with your well-being? Please share your lovely thoughts below. Have a great day or night wherever you are. Take care, see you all next time.

When you can’t explain, smile. 😍😍🥰🥰

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 10-27-2025 With Luv “Procrastination, procrastinating on your well-being.” Part 2

Hello Lovelies. Hope all is well with you. I genuinely care and wish the best for you all. Today, I wanted to continue our discussion about procrastination because there is a lot I want to say about it. “Procrastination is the act of unnecessarily delaying or postponing a task despite knowing there could be negative consequences.” Gosh, that is so true. I keep saving a task for later when I know it has to be done. Which inevitably leads to unnecessary stress. Which is extremely bad for my well-being. The truth of the matter is that later or tomorrow is not promised to any of us. Anything can change within a split second. Knowing our time is limited and the negative consequences of procrastinating. Why are so many of us willing to risk it all?

My self-doubt is linked somewhat to my procrastination. Since when you doubt yourself, and you make excuses to put off the work for later? Then you keep putting it off, and it just never gets done. Lovelies, that is my true story, and one of the main reasons why I’m still not successful. I keep putting off my dreams because I honestly don’t believe I can do it. Wow, what a revelation. Needing accountability is one great reason to start a blog, as your audience holds you accountable. That way, you can’t blame your failures on anything else. Another reason I procrastinate is my fear. Yes, my fear of actually succeeding. Lovelies, doesn’t that sound unbelievable? Why be afraid of something you truly, madly, deeply desire? Yet we all do that, don’t we? Let our fears keep us away from our dreams on the merry-go-round of broken dreams. Lovelies, let’s support each other and help one another stop procrastinating for our well-being, with sweet love. Have a good one.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 10-26-2025 With Luv “Procrastination, procrastinating on your well-being.”

Hello Lovelies, and how are you all doing today? I’m doing alright —thankfully, I’m doing well. I wanted to apologize for my recent procrastination on my content. The thing is, procrastination is not only counterproductive. “Procrastination can significantly impact well-being, leading to increased stress, anxiety, and even depression.” Moreover, “It can also negatively affect self-esteem and productivity, and lead to missed opportunities and poor time management.”

Ya Lovelies, while I know when I procrastinate, I can miss out on my productivity for the day. Nonetheless, it is something I always find myself continually doing on the merry-go-round of broken dreams, which is extremely bad for me as I work for myself in my own businesses. Working for myself requires discipline and the ability to get as much work done as possible. What’s more likely is that I don’t get my required work done. Now I’m stressed out, trying to get everything done on short notice. What I have noticed is that my unproductivity is linked to my depression. Lovelies as I have a lot more I would like to say on this topic. Stay tuned for part 2. I will see you all next time with love. Bye take care.

2025 A Wondeful Comeback and Update With Sweet Love.

Hello Lovelies. How are you all doing? I hope you are doing well and are healthy. Truly madly deeply. I never forget the actual reason for creating this frantastic blog. To help people who are also going through a difficult situation in life. As I continually face difficult situations, my passion to help is even stronger. I want to share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to go through it yourself.

So, where am I currently in my perfectly imperfect journey? I’ve lost a lot of weight due to stress. I remember these days when people came bothering me about my weight. Now looking back on old pictures, I realize I was still beautiful. Most importantly, I was happy. Now I have started a new relationship. Still slowly working things out. I have some stuff on my end to mend, and luckily, he is patient. I have come to realize the role that being in a supportive relationship can play in your overall well-being.

My overall well-being needs work. I am always honest with you guys and never want to claim that I know all the answers because I don’t. I’m perfectly imperfect, and I’m learning as I blog. This website is a community space to show each other support. I thank you guys for being here with me since 2015. Have a wonderful day or night wherever you are. Take care of yourselves.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 6-10-2025 With Luv “Social media matters and your wellbeing.”

Hi Lovelies. How are you all doing today? I’m doing alright, no everything is not perfect, and that is wonderful. Sometimes, it’s life’s beautiful derailments that make our lives full of excitement. If life were so predictable, life would be a lot more boring. When it comes to life, nothing else has so seamlessly integrated itself into our happily ever afters as social media. I can say quite confidently that almost everyone uses some form of social media. I personally have accounts on nearly all social media platforms. Ya, I’m all over the internet with my beautiful pictures. For me, the most crucial question is why are you using social media? Because that can significantly determine how social media impacts your well-being.

Initially, I created a Facebook account to grow my business. It was never meant to connect with friends and family members. I was always looking for a place to share my two wonderful companies. Don’t get me wrong, I do share some nice posts with my friends and family, and I’m always open to meeting new people. I just mean my priority is using social media to grow my business. With that mindset, social media doesn’t negatively impact my well-being. However, if your social media is causing you a lot of stress and anxiety, perhaps you should rethink your perfectly imperfect use. Today I wanted to tell a short story bout two different content creators using social media in the wrong way. This incident occurred on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Two YouTubers lives changed forever. The two YouTubers that I’m referring to are Manny and Finny. Manny murdered Finny because of a social media beef. The two were constantly taking jabs at each other for over a year. Then it all came to a head last Sunday on a Vegas strip. Unfortunately, Finnys wife also lost her life. They were live streaming and having fun as usual until Manny showed up. The entire incident was captured on video. To me, this was a senseless murder that could and should have been avoided. There is nothing someone can say to warrant them losing their life. Nevertheless, everyone played their part, and unfortunately, Finny and Bubbly paid the ultimate price. May they both rest in peace. I pray for the well-being of their family. The trauma brought by this tragedy can go on for a while if not adequately addressed. Hopefully, everyone will get some counseling, as I’m sure they can all use some closure. Remember, be kind. You never know what’s going on in people’s minds. Or what a person has on them. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is walk away so that you can see another day. I love you all. Be safe out there and be kind to one another. Bye now and take care.

Rest in heavenly peace, Rodney Finley and Tanisha Finley. You will never be forgotten. Fly high in eternal peace. 🧡🧡😍😍🙏🙏

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 6-09-2025 With Luv “Money matters and your wellbeing.” Part 2

Ya, Lovelies, in the forefront, money is just a tool that we use to live the life we desire. The money within itself is just a piece of paper that we give value to, which is why each country has its own separate currency. When you leave this happily ever after, you will not be able to take any of your wealth with you, which is why a will will be needed to divide your fortune. For me, as of now, there is no need for a will. Nonetheless, life can change in an instant. Just like that, you can go from rags to riches. I’m reading a great book about ordinary people going from rags to riches.

Lovelies, currently I’m reading “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. In this book, numerous stories are shared about ordinary people becoming wealthy by being money-conscious. Their mindset about money has changed. Lovelies, I recommend reading this book, as I believe it can truly transform your life for the better, but only if you’re ready. Not to say you will become rich by just buying and reading a book, some actions have to be taken. Reading this book has had a profoundly positive impact on my well-being. I’m happier and more hopeful. Most importantly, nothing truly seems impossible. Money troubles can cause a lot of stress and anxiety. Not knowing if you will be able to pay rent next month can be extremely stressful. For example, in New York City, the cost of living has increased a lot. Rent is high, and some of us become homeless for this reason. Homelessness can happen to any of us, really, that is why I never judge. I wanted to offer support to you guys going through trouble with your well-being. I have this Facebook group you can join. Yes, it’s free, and I would be happy to help you through a special place in my heart. I will leave a link in the comment section if you are interested. The bottom line is that financial problems can impact your well-being, and it is essential that you receive the support you deserve. Let’s support each other in the comment section. Leave your online friends some kind words. You never know what someone is going through. Your words can mean a great deal to someone else. Have a great night or day wherever you are. Take care, Lovelies. If you have a question, please don’t hesitate to comment on your concerns, and I will respond. I love you!

Be Kind, you never know what someone is going through 🧡🧡😍😍🙏🙏

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 6-08-2025 With Luv “Money matters and your wellbeing.” Part 1

Hello, there, Lovelies. I hope you all are doing frantastic, truly. Today, I would like to discuss a topic that has had a profound impact on my well-being. What I’m referring to is money. Some people have called money the root of all evil. Because of all the things people are willing to do to get a wealthier lifestyle. For instance, I recently watched a documentary where a son killed his mother for some insurance money because he was really in debt. I have also been watching numerous stories about lottery winners, and it is truly amazing how their lives changed after winning a large sum of money. It is clear that money has a significant impact on all our lives. Moreover, it is a remarkable truth that nothing is ever truly free.

Yes, Lovelies like it or hate it, having money is very important. Almost everything you want to do has a price tag of sorts. There are a few things that you can enjoy absolutely free of charge—for example, going for a walk in a beautiful park or on a beach. Needless to say, the impact of money is significant. The question is, in what ways specifically does money impact our well-being? “Money significantly impacts wellbeing by influencing both mental and physical health, as well as social relationships.” Lovelies, that is precisely what I’m currently experiencing. Not having enough money is causing me a significant amount of stress; for instance, I’m having trouble paying bills and don’t have any money left over to do the things that I truly, madly, deeply enjoy. I’m originally from Haiti, and I was never a stranger to struggle. Everything I have, Lovelies, is because I work hard. No one has ever just given me anything. I believe that is why I’m so humble and know the actual value of money. You know what, Lovelies? I have just realized that this is a really important topic, about which I have a lot to say. Which means we will discuss things further in part 2. In the meantime, I’m interested in knowing what money means to you all. For me, money is just a tool to create the life I truly, madly, deeply need. Alright, Lovelies, be safe. Have a great night or day wherever you are. Bye, take care.
