Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 01-19-2026 With Luv “Social Media Madness and Your Well-being.”

Hiya Lovelies. How do you do this wonderful day or night, wherever you are in the world? I’m doing okay, thankfully. I’m working on my happiness and well-being. Today, I want to discuss a familiar topic we all encounter from time to time. That is social media. Let me make it clear: I don’t think social media as a whole is a bad thing—the difference is in how and why we use it. For example, I myself primarily use my social media for my businesses. Yes, I also use it for friends and family. I just mean primarily, my social media is for business. It is imperative that you mind your social media presence as it can significantly impact your well-being. “Social media impacts well-being both positively and negatively, with negative effects including increased anxiety, depression, and poor sleep, often due to social comparison and cyberbullying.”

Yes, Lovelies, social media is a big part of my Franchy life. I believe I’m on almost all social media. Yes, I’m trying to put my brand out there, and social media is one of the best ways to do so for free. However, I also use it to stay in touch with my friends and family. Social media can be a great way to stay connected when used appropriately. Nevertheless, with the ever-increasing prevalence of social media bullying, it is imperative that you monitor your online presence and be selective about who you add to your circle of friends. I’ve heard of stories where a person is bullied so much that they decide it is best to end it all. Lovelies, in my opinion, social media bullying is much worse than real-world bullying. In that you can reach a lot more people, and it is online forever! With the presence of phones and tablets, it’s almost like it is inescapable. Whereas when you were bullied, it was only in the school setting, to keep your well-being in a good place, balance your social media activities. Suppose someone is becoming too intrusive. Tell someone, and get some help. Silence never solves anything. If you feel lonely and want some help, don’t be ashamed to ask. It takes a lot to be strong enough to admit you have a problem and need help. I love you all truly. If you have a story that you feel will be beneficial to our community, please share it in the comment section. I will respond with sweet love and understanding. Remember, you are never alone. I’m here for you always. Please have a great one. I will see you all next time.

We are in this together. You are never alone, truly madly deeply. 🧡💕💕😘😍😍😘😘😍
