Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 10-26-2025 With Luv “Procrastination, procrastinating on your well-being.”

Hello Lovelies, and how are you all doing today? I’m doing alright —thankfully, I’m doing well. I wanted to apologize for my recent procrastination on my content. The thing is, procrastination is not only counterproductive. “Procrastination can significantly impact well-being, leading to increased stress, anxiety, and even depression.” Moreover, “It can also negatively affect self-esteem and productivity, and lead to missed opportunities and poor time management.”

Ya Lovelies, while I know when I procrastinate, I can miss out on my productivity for the day. Nonetheless, it is something I always find myself continually doing on the merry-go-round of broken dreams, which is extremely bad for me as I work for myself in my own businesses. Working for myself requires discipline and the ability to get as much work done as possible. What’s more likely is that I don’t get my required work done. Now I’m stressed out, trying to get everything done on short notice. What I have noticed is that my unproductivity is linked to my depression. Lovelies as I have a lot more I would like to say on this topic. Stay tuned for part 2. I will see you all next time with love. Bye take care.
