Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 12-03-2025 With Luv “Chronic Depression and Your Well-being.” Part 2

Hiya Lovelies. Good day to you. I truly, madly, deeply hope you are happy and are doing well. Today, to be honest, I was feeling depressed. Just had things on my mind. Primarily, I was concerned with my financial situation. Lovelies, I must confess I truly felt the effect on my overall well-being. “Chronic depression negatively impacts overall well-being by increasing the risk of other chronic physical conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes.” Ya, chronic depression goes far deeper than just feeling a little sad. It can really harm your overall health and happiness.

I said this over and over throughout this lovely blog. I’m perfectly imperfect, and don’t know all the answers. The reason I keep reenacting my imperfections is to make a point. No one has all the answers, and most certainly no one is perfect. So I don’t want you to feel like something is wrong with you, that you are chronically depressed. Take this story as an example. Today I was talking to my boyfriend, and we were discussing my dreams. More specifically, about my financial situation and maybe giving up on my dreams, as I was not making enough money to sustain myself.

Naturally, I got upset with him as I felt like I didn’t have his support. Inevitably, I became depressed and felt a huge shadowy cloud over my happily ever after. I try to get off the merry-go-round of broken dreams, but I just can’t. It was like the depression was lying on me, and I could not breathe. You know, Lovelies, I never will understand when people say, ‘Just stop being sad.’ If it really were that simple, then it wouldn’t be chronic in the first place. Moreover, with that comment, it makes you feel like something is wrong with you for being depressed. When the truth of the matter is, it is okay not to be OK. That’s one thing I learned from meditating: whatever I’m feeling, it’s OK.

Life is not about always being happy and everything going as planned. Authentic living begins when you overcome your struggles. You’ve got to fight for the life you want. Nothing worth having ever comes easy. The most important lessons are learned from making mistakes and falling a couple of times. Sometimes you have to reach rock bottom to finally reach the top. Lovelies, I’m saying all this to inspire you to keep moving. Never feel that ending it all is an option. Remember, this too shall pass. Find someone you can trust and tell them honestly what you are going through. Or keep a journal and write down your most inner thoughts. If you need to see a therapist, don’t feel ashamed. Sometimes admitting that something is wrong is the most courageous thing you could have ever done. I love you, and I genuinely do care. Suppose you would like to share your own inspiring story. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section. We are a community of love. Let’s help each other live our very best life ever. Take it easy, Lovelies. See you all next time. Bye for now.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 12-02-2025 With Luv “Chronic Depression and Your Well-being.”

Lovelies, I do hope you are doing well and are truly madly deeply happy. Personally, my happiness throughout the years has been a struggle and consistently continues to be an issue. Which invariably takes its toll on my well-being. “Chronic depression significantly impacts well-being by causing long-lasting limitations in functioning and can worsen with co-occurring medical conditions.” When you are chronically depressed, it is essential to get the support and help that you need. Silence can destroy the beautiful, capable person you are. Leaving you feeling worthless with seemingly no way out.

Lovelies, this is another very personal blog post. However, I’m willing to put myself out there to help and inspire you. I don’t want you to feel alone. At its core, chronic depression can feel very isolating. You can feel trapped and feel there is no way out of your despair. This can then lead to suicidal thoughts. Please, if you are feeling that way, seek help. I know right now things are really bad and don’t seem to ever get better. Just remember, nothing lasts forever. This too shall pass. Yes, ya Lovelies, I’m speaking from experience. The last few years of my life have been challenging. So now I’m not writing to you, putting out the illusion that life is perfect and easy. Life is freaking hard! Sometimes just getting up to start your day can be a battle. For instance, I have had days where I stayed in bed the whole day, too depressed to get up, not wanting to go on. Even my passion for my business was not enough to sustain me. Thankfully, that feeling slowly passed, and I was on my way to my happily ever after. So I’m not going to throw in a cliche “don’t worry, be happy.” Another of my favorites is “Why can’t you just be happy? Everything will be okay.” Chronic depression is not a little sadness from day-to-day living. It can consume you, leaving nothing else. Lovelies, I’m very passionate about this topic, and I have a lot more I want to say. So stay tuned for Part 2. Enjoy the rest of your day or night wherever you are. I love you. Take care and be well. Bye for now.

Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 12-01-2025 With Luv “Racism We All Are Beautiful and Your Well-being.” Part 2

Hi there, Lovelies. I do hope all is going well in your world. Growing up, I have always been open-minded. Never really judging people, just accepting everyone for who they are. Many people are afraid of what they don’t understand and things that are different. Which in turn can develop into racism. Racism can leave you feeling lonely, and you may experience very uncomfortable experiences. “Experiences of racism act as potent stressors, leading to a wide range of negative health outcomes that can be immediate, cumulative over a lifetime, and even passed across generations.” As you all know, I’m all about love and supporting one another. Why not be the change you wish to see?

Lovelies change in itself can disrupt your wellbeing. At times, it makes your life feel unbalanced. Nevertheless, change can be good, and sometimes you need to change to restore your happiness. If we can change the way we think and view people, and be more accepting. Perhaps we can realize that we are not all as different as we initially thought. We are all on this beautiful planet just trying to survive. We all need the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, and water. We just want love and acceptance. All the material things we accumulate in our lifetimes are not as important as knowing that we are loved and cared for. Racism can take all that love away and make a person feel uncared for and unloved, which may lead to them ending it all. Be that change, Lovelies offer a person a sweet smile. Hold the door open for someone. Sometimes it’s the little things that make this life worth living. I’m not saying we can end racism. We can brighten someone’s day and make a positive impact. Maybe that person can return the favor and brighten someone else’s day. Slowly but surely, step by step, we begin changing racism. All it takes is one person making a change. Will that person be you? Just giving you something to think about, Lovelies. As always, I love you all. Be well and take care of yourself. I will see you all next time. Bye for now.

We are not as different as we think. We just need some love and acceptance. ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•โค๏ธ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ
