Hi Lovelies, and how are you? I’m doing alright, trying to live my best life, ya. One way I have been doing that is by meditating. Another way I have been doing that is by changing my mindset. As you do, become what you think about. Lovelies, what most of us think about is our very own perfectly imperfect weight. Many of us are unsatisfied with our weight when looking at magazines and going on dating sites. All our lives, we have been told that being small is better. I myself, when I put on the weight, I was constantly being told I needed to lose the weight. Now, I have come full circle and am back to being extremely skinny. People are now telling me I’m too skinny. See, you go on trying to please others, and you will go absolutely insane. I understand your struggle with self-acceptance, which is why I created this blog to support self-love at any weight. We all deserve to be loved no matter what our sizes are.

I truly, madly, deeply love you all. I want to remind you how beautiful you are with all your perfect imperfections. One way I plan to do that is by creating a page where I weigh myself daily (which has been designed for your enjoyment)—bringing some lightness into a usual stressful activity.
