Sweet Lovelies as I said before I have been meditating using the app Calm. Which encourages me to check in with myself every day. Before that I never thought about checking in with my perfectly imperfect emotions. As a matter of fact every so often I didn’t want to confront how I was truly madly deeply feeling. I just use to hold everything in. Which inevitably caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Every so often I do still leave some of my perfectly imperfect emotion bottled in.
