How are you Lovelies? Como Estas? I’m well really can’t complain. Just that yesterday and this early morning I was feeling a little down. Lovelies you have to realize it is okay not to be ok. You don’t have to be happy all the time. A beautiful smile doesn’t have to always be placed neatly on your face. After all life is hard. Life can at times be unkind and very unfair. Like you I too had the preconception that I always have to be happy no matter what. That I should always have sugar ready for the many life lemons sure to come my way. Nonetheless it is ok not to be okay. We all can not always be happy and find the joy in everything we do. We can only find joy from deep within our hearts. However some how life always seems to happen. Then we are left picking the pieces of our many shatter dreams going every which way. Ya World Fitters I was a bit down on myself. Nonetheless after I went on a walk with my friend I felt better. I always feel better when I go on my perfectly imperfect walks. It has always been about more then just staying in shape. Walking has always been a way I calm my constantly thinking mind. Moreover walking also helps me to figure out what content to create for my businesses.
