Hello Lovelies. I hope you all are feeling amazing and doing great things. Lovelies, like everyone else, I do have a certain routine that I try to follow each and every day. Of course, some days I’m not able to follow my normal routine as I have to do trailer checks in Manhattan. Nevertheless, for the most part, I’m pretty consistent with my mindful routine as I know the positive impact that it has on my well-being. “A mindfulness routine involves focusing on the present moment without judgment, significantly boosting well-being by reducing stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts while improving focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and physical health (like blood pressure).”

Yes, Lovelies, when I wake up, I do my two phone check-ins, and I head over to my calm app to begin meditating and clearing my mind. Then afterwards, I lie down and think about things going on in my life and try to resolve any pressing issues. Lastly, I end my meditation perfectly by listening to my lovely audiobook. Yes, it takes a lot of time. Nonetheless, I feel great afterwards, which makes it worth it. Lovelie’s life is highly unpredictable. We need a mindful routine to help heal our perfectly imperfect souls. Lovelies, do you have a mindful routine? If you don’t, I strongly encourage you to start one. It doesn’t have to be something dramatic. It can be something as simple as starting a daily journal entry. You can write down all your concerns in your perfectly imperfect life. It is always good to let go and not keep all your uncomfortable emotions bottled up. Moreover, it is always good to revisit an old entry and reframe your perceptions of life. Remain open to all the wonderful possibilities of life. If later on down the road you feel you have an important message to share, why not start a blog? You can earn an income and help others going through the same situation. Always stay hungry, Lovelies. Never rely on just one source of income. You can lose your job at any moment.
