Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 01-09-2026 With Luv “Weighing In On Your Perfect Imperfections and Your Well-being.”

Good day, Lovelies from lovely New York. How are you all doing? I hope everything is going great for you all, truly madly deeply. Yes, Lovelies, I have decided to bring back the daily weigh-ins. I know weighing yourself can cause some anxiety. Moreover, you can also create an unhealthy relationship with a number that can be detrimental to your health. Nevertheless, if you weigh yourself mindfully and create a healthy relationship.”Weighing yourself can be a helpful tool for weight management by increasing awareness and accountability, leading to better outcomes, but it’s only one aspect of well-being, and can become harmful if it causes obsession, anxiety, or disordered eating, requiring personalized frequency (daily for some, weekly for others, or not at all if negative) and focusing on overall healthy habits like diet, exercise, and stress management, not just the number.”

Ya, Lovelies, in my own experience of weighing myself, it used to cause a lot of anxiety getting on the scale and weighing myself. If the number was too high, I didn’t feel pretty, which was followed by a feeling that I’m not worth it. Just weighing myself would cause a significant amount of stress. So much so that for a while, I simply didn’t weigh myself. I just use how well my clothes fit to tell if I’m alright. Then one day it was time to go to the doctor for my usual check-up. That’s when I realized that I was 173 pounds. I was surprised that I let myself put on that much weight. Thankfully, I was able to create a better relationship with my scale, and now I love weighing myself every day. Which is why I created Franchy Daily Weigh in a more fun, playful way to help you keep track of your weight. Ya, it is really not that serious. That is not to say you should not pay attention to your weight. I just mean don’t give the number so much importance; you are so much more than your weight. Instead, use the scale as a tool for healthy weight management. I want to stress that a good understanding of your weight can do wonders for your well-being. That way, you can weigh yourself with a lovely smile on your face. You can be happy and feel great. Which is awesome. We all just want to be happy in the end. Lovelies, you deserve all the happiness in the world. Take care and be well. I will see you all next time. Bye for now.

You are so much more than a number. You are beautiful and are perfectly imperfect. I love you. 🧡🧡🥰🥰😍😍
