Good afternoon, Lovelies. I just finished my wellness walk and have found a new way to engage and inspire you all. I have created a wellness journal to help us all stay healthy and happy. After all, when you think about it, if you are not healthy, nothing else really matters, for instance, that Asian man who won the lottery wonders if he will have time to enjoy his newfound wealth, as he has Cancer. We all want to be happy and to have good mental clarity. Writing your sweet thoughts down can help you manage your mental health. These Journal entries are designed to inspire and help you feel like you are not alone. Lovelies, no matter how hard things are, you are never alone.

Today, I woke up with worried thoughts, as usual. I went on my Calm app and meditated. I believe having a scheduled time for yourself is very crucial. Make time for a bit of self-care. You know you are worth it. I know making time for yourself is not easy; nonetheless, it is always beneficial. After I was done with my meditation, I did my wellness walk, which is a time to reflect and think. Do you guys also have a schedule? I would love to hear all about it.
