Hello Lovelies, welcome to another daily dose of my wellness journal. I don’t know about you, but this year has been equally stressful. I have been worrying a lot. This morning was no different. I woke up with a racing, worrying mind. It’s like being in a constant state of fear with no end in sight. The reason I tell you this is because I know a lot of us do suffer from anxiety. With today’s unpredictable world, worrying too much is unfortunately becoming too familiar.

The Franchy Treatment

The truth of the matter is, yes indeed, life is hard. However, worrying about our problems will do us no good. Worrying will create more problems and disrupt your happiness. The best way to deal with a worrying mind is to journal. Pick a time of the day when you have some time for yourself and write down everything that is going on in your mind, with no filter. Then tomorrow, read your sweet thoughts and write a solution. You can do a video entry if you are not a big writing fan. It is never good to let your feelings be bottled up. You need an outlet.
