Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 6-10-2025 With Luv “Social media matters and your wellbeing.”

Hi Lovelies. How are you all doing today? I’m doing alright, no everything is not perfect, and that is wonderful. Sometimes, it’s life’s beautiful derailments that make our lives full of excitement. If life were so predictable, life would be a lot more boring. When it comes to life, nothing else has so seamlessly integrated itself into our happily ever afters as social media. I can say quite confidently that almost everyone uses some form of social media. I personally have accounts on nearly all social media platforms. Ya, I’m all over the internet with my beautiful pictures. For me, the most crucial question is why are you using social media? Because that can significantly determine how social media impacts your well-being.

Initially, I created a Facebook account to grow my business. It was never meant to connect with friends and family members. I was always looking for a place to share my two wonderful companies. Don’t get me wrong, I do share some nice posts with my friends and family, and I’m always open to meeting new people. I just mean my priority is using social media to grow my business. With that mindset, social media doesn’t negatively impact my well-being. However, if your social media is causing you a lot of stress and anxiety, perhaps you should rethink your perfectly imperfect use. Today I wanted to tell a short story bout two different content creators using social media in the wrong way. This incident occurred on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Two YouTubers lives changed forever. The two YouTubers that I’m referring to are Manny and Finny. Manny murdered Finny because of a social media beef. The two were constantly taking jabs at each other for over a year. Then it all came to a head last Sunday on a Vegas strip. Unfortunately, Finnys wife also lost her life. They were live streaming and having fun as usual until Manny showed up. The entire incident was captured on video. To me, this was a senseless murder that could and should have been avoided. There is nothing someone can say to warrant them losing their life. Nevertheless, everyone played their part, and unfortunately, Finny and Bubbly paid the ultimate price. May they both rest in peace. I pray for the well-being of their family. The trauma brought by this tragedy can go on for a while if not adequately addressed. Hopefully, everyone will get some counseling, as I’m sure they can all use some closure. Remember, be kind. You never know what’s going on in people’s minds. Or what a person has on them. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is walk away so that you can see another day. I love you all. Be safe out there and be kind to one another. Bye now and take care.

Rest in heavenly peace, Rodney Finley and Tanisha Finley. You will never be forgotten. Fly high in eternal peace. 🧡🧡😍😍🙏🙏
