Good day, Lovelies. How are you all doing this lovely frantastic Monday? To be rather frank, I’m not doing too well today. I’m thinking, shall I be up front with you guys? Is there such a thing as being too authentic? You know what this site is all about: sharing with the community so we can all get the support we deserve. So ya I will share with you all about my perfectly imperfect day.
Anxiety is define as: “Anxiety is a normal feeling of worry or fear in response to stress, triggering the body’s “fight-or-flight” response with physical signs like a racing heart or sweating, but it becomes a disorder when persistent, overwhelming, and interferes with daily life, often involving excessive worry, panic, and avoidance, with types including GAD, Panic Disorder, and Phobias, treatable with therapy and lifestyle changes.” It feels like a 600-pound person is on your chest, and you are having problems breathing. Today I woke up with an excessively worrying mind. So many thoughts were going through my mind like I was on a bullet train in Japan. I felt trapped, like there was nothing I could do about it. Like there was no hope in sight. Suddenly, my mom and this man were coming downstairs. Trying to solve the problem brewing upstairs.
It is always great to remind yourself that we all have problems and there is always hope. Never feel ashamed or like you are a burden. To continue the story, the man went to the boiler room, then my room, and was able to resolve the issue. Over time, I realize that my anxious mind just wants the problems to be resolved. We all want our problems to be fixed. I just want to help Lovelies truly madly deeply. On that note, I would like to offer a service that I’m providing for free. I feel like all the things I viewed as negative are really something I can make into a good thing by simply changing my mindset. I have a gift, and I want to share it. I will be providing this service in my Facebook group “Franchys Luv and Acceptance For The World.” I will write an update when I’m ready to begin. I don’t mind suffering so I can share. How can you help if you never suffer? Similarly, you can’t have the rainbow without the rain. Alright, Lovelies, today was an eye-opening and painful day. Yes, ya I go there. It is all worth the pain if my suffering taught you a lesson. Have a good one, and I will see you all next time. Bye, take care.
