Franchys Daily Wellness Journal 5-25-2025 With Luv.

Do you meditate, Lovelies? Imagine you finally sneak up a space for yourself—a time to reflect and relax. Your good friend Tory was lovely enough to watch your two little ones and entertain your fury friend. Just 15 minutes you pleaded and headed off to your home office. Sometimes life can get so overwhelming that carving out just 15 minutes can feel like a bit much. Personally, I think it’s just a matter of setting aside some time, as I don’t have any children. I’m a single woman and grateful for that. If you are a busy single mom, it is still possible to make some me time. You may be wondering how meditating can be great for your well-being.

I’m a pretty independent woman who feels that I don’t need help. Often when I’m stressed out or just feeling overwhelmed, I think I can fix it myself. In reality, I do need to meditate. I sometimes feel a bit embarrassed to admit how much meditating has been helping me. No, meditating doesn’t make your problems magically go away. You learn to notice and try to calm down. There are a lot of meditation apps out there. You have to research and choose the one that resonates most with you. I use Calm and have been doing so since 2019. It is a great app that doesn’t empty your bank account. You get access to the whole site for a relatively low price. I will do a separate blog post on Calm. Rest assured, I will tell you all about it when I find something good. Calm, truly madly deeply has had a remarkable effect on me. Do you also meditate? What app are you using? Please, share how you cope with stress. We are all here to learn how to better care for our well-being. I love you all truly. Have a wonderful day or night. Bye, take care.
