Lovelies, how are you doing? I hope you are well and very happy at the moment. I know I’ve mentioned this before, but just in case you’re new, I’ll reiterate it for your reference. I’m self-employed and work primarily from home. I own two businesses, Francesca Etheart INC and Frans Online Business INC. Ever since I realized that you can make money online, I knew I wanted to work from home. As for being a business owner, I knew that since my teen years, I had just never taken any action. For those of you who are remote workers like me, you know how difficult it can be to stick to a routine. The problem with not having a routine is that you can create unnecessary stress for yourself. The truth of the matter is that routines help improve your overall well-being.
Establishing a routine can help you reduce stress and maintain a sense of structure in your life. Furthermore, having a set schedule will help you get better sleep and increase your overall productivity. For me, much of my stress is created by forgetting to do essential tasks during the day. Either I wake up too late, or I’ve wasted time doing something that doesn’t ultimately benefit me. That’s the thing about being your own boss: you have to be a self-starter. If you don’t work, no one will tell you anything. So when I say that having a routine will help your overall well-being, I’m also referring to myself. Like I say, I’m perfectly imperfect. I’m learning alongside you. I never claim to know it all. I’m just turning my mess into a message. I’m not a guru selling you a dream. I’m learning, living, and earning every breath that I take. I will do another blog post about routines. Sometimes, it’s the small steps we take that can lead to the most significant changes in our lives. I just want peace and to live my best life ever.
