Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 11-23-2025 With Luv “Body Dysmorphia Pessimism and Your Well-being.” Part 2

Good day, Lovelies. How are you all doing today? In today’s search for perfection, plastic surgery is becoming more prevalent. I remember seeing a beautiful woman about to get some work done, unaware of her own beauty. She was suffering from Body Dysmorphia Disorder. Luckily, she was being seen by a good plastic surgeon who told her that she was beautiful just the way she was and sent her off to get some therapy instead. As he knew for sure that she was suffering from Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).”BDD (Body Dysmorphia Disorder) can seriously affect your daily life, including your work, social life, and relationships. BDD (Body Dysmorphia Disorder) can also lead to depression, self-harm, and even thoughts of suicide.”

Lovelies in my line of work, your looks are everything. You are constantly putting yourself in situations where others judge you. However, it is not just with modeling. Our society’s ideal beauty standards continually bombard us. For instance, open your Facebook, and you will see beautiful people seemingly living their best life ever. It’s no wonder people aren’t happy with how they look. There is always something too small or too big to nate pick about, which is why Body Dysmorphic Disorder is becoming more common. For me, it is my insecurity about my big belly. Even now, as I’m getting a little of my old weight back, I feel my familiar feeling of anxiety slowly creeping over me. I feel that I’m not beautiful and sexy enough. Made worse by constantly comparing myself to other women. I want all of us to be well, Lovelies. Be happy with the body that we were born with. Having a pessimistic view of our perfectly imperfect bodies can leave us with an unhappiness that seems never-ending, like an unfortunate ride on the merry-go-round of broken dreams. Such is the perfectly imperfect life of living with Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Body Dysmorphic Disorder can leave you feeling like you are not worth it, that you are not enough, and are incomplete, which may make you feel like you don’t want to be here anymore. Sweet Lovelies, do you know sometimes we tell ourselves the most significant lies? We can be our own very worst enemies. Holding ourselves back from living our dreams. As you are unable to see your true self and realize your true potential. You deserve great things, my friends. Your potential is vast and unending. I genuinely mean that. Take care of yourself. Take it one day at a time. Have a great day and be well. I love you.

Always be happy with who you are. As you are uniquely beautiful just the way you are. Your imperfections are what make you you, and you are beautiful. 🧡🧡😘😘😍😍🥰🥰
