Good day World Fitters!

How are you all doing, how is your day going thus far? My day is going fairly well I can’t complain. So far have been keeping up with my work and doing pretty well. That’s saying a lot as I usually don’t keep up I usually procrastinate and the rest is history. Speaking of keeping up, I have been keeping up with weighing myself. Yes at times I miss one or two weeks but that is all. I have been maintaining my weight loss and yes I’m very proud of myself. Before I didn’t weigh myself I was going by how well my clothes fit and how good I was feeling.

I truly believe that there is an underlying fear with-in each of us to see that number on the scale. Sometimes it really is just a number and you’re making it much more then it has to be, love yourself. World Fitters it is just a number it doesn’t say how great of a person you are and how much you’re adored by many. I remember going to the doctor for the first time after many years and weighing myself. I could not believe the number that was given to me. It read 173 I was shocked from being 130 for most of my life. Now the number reads 146 today and to br honest it doesn’t make much of a difference to me. I love myself and I know I’m worth much more then a number. Nonetheless it is good practice ot weigh yourself weekly at the same time and day to help you keep track of your health. Then have a laugh after and dpon’t take it too seriously. 🙂

Hello there World Fitters!

Franchy here for another daily dose of self-love. Wow, self-love used to be two words that I felt alienated by. Learning to love myself have been a lifetime worth of experiences. I use to not want to look at my reflections as I did not like what I see. When I was younger I was so unhappy but my pretty face hides it so well. No one could have ever imagined the battle of soul searching that was going on within me. I was just so miserable that I just needed a shoulder to cried on but no one seemed to have ever noticed.

Sometimes Momma knows best, laughter is the best medicine for life. Nowadays I laugh more and cried less by the grace of God. I have much self-love am happier and I love myself unconditionally. I realize it is ok to make mistakes and be perfectly imperfect. I accept that life is never going to be easy that I just have to learn to dance in the rain. For a black girl getting her hair wet is never an easy feat lol (laugh out loud). On a more serious note suicide is becoming more prevalent in our society. I myself thought about ending it many times. There was just so much pain and I just wanted to stop hurting. Many people would just say so stop, but it is never quite that simple. Sometimes you have to hurt really badly before you know what true happiness is. I’m here for you as always World Fitters. I truly love you all, you’re my online family. Sometimes you just have to do whats best for yourself and believe the rest shall follow.

Good day World Fitters

How are you all doing in the world? I hope you all are well. I myself am ok still trying to get well I’ll let you guys know when I’m successful in my endeavor. So it is the beginning of the New Year still trying to get things right tweaking a bit here and there. Trying to create the perfectly imperfect life that I see for myself. It’s my life and I want to live my life the way that I want.

Sometimes you just have to do what’s best for yourself and believe the rest shall follow. This year I want to do what’s best for me, take care of my health. For so many years World Fitters I was living my life for other people. I was silencing my own beautiful voice and listening to others who were unworthy of my attention and my affection. During those years my self-esteem was at it’s lowest and I was just not in love with the women I’m. The lack of self-love thrust me into a lot of bad relationships and allowed me to stay in jobs that I hated. I just was not living the life that I wanted. World Fitters “don’t dream your life live your dream.” You’re worth it and life is too short not to. Thank you for listening to my Franchy thoughts. Sometimes you just need someone to listen to you for even just a moment. Have a blessed day in the world!

Sometimes it’s better to be late then sorry and miss something special.

Good Day World Fitters!

So I went to go see the doctor today as I have not been feeling well. Unfortunately, I came too late and missed my appointment now I have to wait to see what’s been going on with my body. I must admit I’m a bit worried as I’ve been sick since Thanksgiving. I’m trying to worry less for the new year as that doesn’t make matters any better. Too much stress can lower your immune system and make you get even sicker. I hope you have been well World Fitters and I hope your health continues to improve throughout 2019. As for me I will have to wait until next Tuesday to see how I’m doing won’t be late this time.

Sometimes it’s better to be late than sorry and miss something special. If you know me then you know that most of the time I’m pretty punctual. I hate being late hance my distress today of being late and missing my appointment. I know many of us do think that if we are going to be late we might as well not go at all. What’s wrong with that is you could be missing something special. For instance, maybe your soul mate will be on that late bus or train. You know I’m big on romance, meeting your soul mate because you catch the late bus that is fate working her magic. Which is also a great story to tell your grandkids on how you met. Whether you’re late or early to starting your day I hope you have a fantastic day World Fitter. I love you all muahahahahhaahahahah.

Yesterday we kissed 2018 goodbye.

It wasn’t one of those lingering heart stopping kisses either.

It was a kiss that left a lot more to be desired. The kiss was very emotional and heart felt, with truly deep meaning.

We were kissing away some pain missed with pleasure, some more so then others.

Though not all the pain were kissed away, no some were left to help us with some unspeakable unforeseeable life-altering events.

May 2019 be a year of great hope for all, may God guides us through our darkest corner of our souls.

Let’s kiss away any fear and our many dream stoppers.

Sometimes day one could be your last, make it count, live like tomorrow isn’t promise.

Good Morning World Fitters!

Today is the start of a new year full of promises. I started my year of well by getting at least six hours of sleep I plan to do that from now on. Sleeping well is necessary to your helalth and well beiging, it is also good to help you keep these extra pounds off. Additionally I find when I don’t get enough sleep I’m not i the best mood I could possibly be in, World Fitters sleep well. This is just day one we have 364 days left.

Sometimes day one could be your last, make it count, live like tomorrow isn’t promise. No tomorrow is never promised keep that in mind each morning you are able to wake up. Be thankful because so many others didn’t get to wake up this morning. I didn’t always feel that way. As a matter, of fact, there were some days I didn’t want to wake up. Life is never easy, nor is it everlasting. Make sure you do your very best each day. Live the life that you want because you are worth it. I love you World Fitters have a blessed day!

Good Morning World Fitters!

Happy New Year Eve, hope your day is going well so far. For those who are already in the new year best wishes for the new year. I’m here going around trying to get things done before the new year. I have great hope for the upcoming year. Mainly I want to grow my business and really make a positive impact on peoples lives. Personally, I would like to meet a great guy this year that will lead to marriage and to me creating my very own family. As I’m getting older the need to have a baby is becoming more imminent. I really want my very own baby to love.

Sometimes waiting for the new year is no longer an option you have to create the life you want now. We all enjoy watching the countdown until the ball drop in New York City. It really gives a visual feel of it being a new year, a new start. I want to start the year by saying to you all thank you for joining me on my self-love journey. Hello World Fitters!

It is official 2018 is coming to an end. I want to wish you all a happy new Franchy year. Thank you for joining me on my self-love journey. This blog began in 2015 back then I was just frustrated and tired of being told that thin is better and how I need to lose weight. Now I’m on my second year of my weight loss journey and I love it, for once I’m in love with the women I have become.

I truly hope my blog has had a positive impact on your life. Know that you are love and are perfectly imperfect which is great. We are not all beautiful and thin if God wanted that then he would have made it so. The world is colorful with people of different color with different shapes and sizes that’s beautiful. That’s what makes life interesting we all contribute to the world somehow and we all matter.

World Fitters you matter and are always the reason. I really appreciate that you are still here supporting the dream. I created this blog for all body types a place we can all escape judgment and negativity. In the coming years expect more content dedicated to you all. I love sharing every part of me with you all. Hello World Fitters!

It’s Sunday a new week is about to begin along with a new year. I have been doing a lot of thinking about my career as a business owner. I’ve been online since 2006 back then I wasn’t even able to make a penny. Twelve years later I’m earning enough income to pay all my bills. I’m so proud of my accomplishments as I have come so far with Frans Online Business INC. Nonetheless their are still improvements I have to make for the coming years.

Sometimes you just have to give it a shot and see whether you will succeed or not. When I first decided to create Frans Online Business INC I had no clue if I would succeed or not. All I had was a name and a dream. I use to think only certain people were made to have successful businesses while others were made to work for them.
