Prelude: I hope you guys noticed that I picked a beautiful full figure women as my feature image. I wanted you guys to know it is okay to be you. Race, color, weight, and all you don’t have to explain how you got to be that size. Erace self hate! The only person you got to answer to is god and yourself. In this blog I will show the relationship between your race and your weight.

Hola (Hello) World Fitters! I’m here bringing you the latest information on how to love your body and make it your own. Create the perfect body with proper exercise and watching what you eat. Is it possible after exercising and doing the right things that you can still be fat?

Maybe, perhaps there are other factors that can cause weight gain. Does fat have a color? What I mean is are certain races predispose to weight gain? Well that is what we will found out today. As you guys know from looking at my different pictures and videos on this site I’m African American. Now African Americans are known for having a curvy body. Most of our bodies are very voluptuous. Contrastingly Asians are mostly known for their thinner flatter physiques.

Of course there are exceptions to the rules. For example, I’ve seen some very voluptuous Asians and, some very thin African Americans. The culprit being a lot of mixing of the races.

Lets mix and match our different perspective on weight gain and race. It is apparent weight gaining is more prevalent amongst the African American race then the white. Let me say this straight away I don’t think your race have any effect on your weight. However your culture and the foods that are part of your culture have a bigger effect.

I think in so much areas of our life we make related to our race. Lets not make our weight be one of them. Weight gain is not racist it builds up on any race at any time. My own weight gain was not shy about picking me. It wasn’t racist at all. It came all of a sudden all at once.

Racism doesn’t have a part in our life nor of our weight. However there are special colors you can use to flatter your curves. Below are my frantastic weight flattering colors. Also check out my Dress your weight article design to make you look and feel your best!

The above article shows how color can help shape our life. We all need some meaning to our life.  Everything you do has a meaning including the clothes you wear. For instance wearing all black can signify a death in the family or depression. As I mention before I don’t think our race have an impact on our weight. Obesity doesn’t discriminate it embed itself right into our soul. “The eye is the window to our soul.” What do you see? See that you are a beautiful person inside out. Don’t let the number on a scale define who you are. “Be you always.”

Your Mind Is Your Weight, Mind Your Body

Bonjour (Good Morning) World Fitters!  Good day to you! How is your day going? My day is going fine. Currently at my security job.  Looking outside as I pen this article. It’s going to be a lovely day today. The rest of the week is suppose to be nice too. I’m so excited spring is almost here. Next thing you know I will be back to my daily walking’s. Phew time does fly by! Summer is just around the corner gotta get my body ready.

Yes indeed! That’s why every chance I get I walk. I do use walking and other exercises to help build a body I’m comfortable with. It’s important to be proud of our body’s. It’s your temple that holds your soul. You must love and take good care of it, build the perfect body image.

It’s no secret obese people have a bad body image. For instance people staring and making them feel less then unworthy is no wonder they hate their bodies. This unrealistic body view can lead to more weight gain. In order for you to lose the weight permanently you have to have a realistic body image. For the record a size zero is not realistic. Moreover it is unhealthy to be a size zero.

If a size zero is not the perfect body then what is?  To me your perfect body is whatever size you “really” feel comfortable in. In case you didn’t notice I emphasize “really.” What I mean is that many of us don’t “really” know what is our comfortable weight. How so you may ask? Well we are too bombarded by magazines and TV views of beauty. Every where I look I see people that don’t look like me who are considered beautiful.

Am I beautiful i silently thought to my self? Which inevitably leads me to look  at my body next and my self-conscious rise by the second. Again the thought comes to my mind, how do I build the perfect body ? “Mind body and soul” that’s right it all starts with your mind.

Weight loss really begins in the brain. For you to lose weight you have to start with your thinking.  Your thinking is most likely responsible for the weight gain in the first place . So how do you build the perfect body? You build the perfect body by changing the way you think about your body. How do you do that?  I have just the thing. Below is my mind-blowing list to help keep of the pounds.

  • Your Thinking: I’m so fat and ugly.
  • Reality Hits: Your not fat just bloated from a big meal you just ate while watching Americas Next Top Model.
  • Your Thinking: I can’t do this look at those beautiful people who are so skinny.
  • Reality Hits: Your beautiful too! Fat does not equal ugly. You can do this you just have to try harder!
  • Your Thinking: My boyfriend broke up with me because I’m fat!
  • Reality Hits: Your boyfriend broke up with you because he was overwhelm with too much to love and probably had his own insecurities. It’s not your fault your too hot to handle.
  • Your Thinking: I’m fat because I eat.
  • Reality Hits: You are fat because you eat the wrong foods and don’t get enough exercise in.
  • Your Thinking: Oh My God I’m So Fat no one will ever love me.
  • Reality Hits: If you don’t think you are capable of being love the guys will agree. Trust me there is someone for everyone. You just have to find your someone be patient.
  • Your Thinking: I’ll just stop eating and watch the weight drop of.
  • Reality Hits: Actually starving yourself will only slow down your metabolism and also affect other body functions. You’ll lose your zest for life. The blue in your eyes will be gone!

How To Spring Up Your Weight Loss Forever Now!

Spring is in the air World Fitters. I can practically hear the birds singing and smell the flowers. Well almost! I can happily say that winter is almost over.

Yes! I can’t wait to kiss winter good bye along with last years extra pounds! If your like me when spring hits a signal go off in your mind and say alright sister time to spring down your weight.

What I mean is it’s time to get rid of that last stubborn fat! You know what I’m talking about that last extra pound you can’t seem to get rid off. For instance you can’t seem to get your stomach as flat as you deserve. I know how frustrating that can be working hard and still be unsuccessful. Don’t lose hope work harder that way spring and your weight will be a frantastic experience. Below are My Frantastic Spring Weight Loss Hacks:

My Frantastic Spring Weight Loss Hacks

  1. A long romantic stroll- When it gets warmer you can begin to take your workouts outside. One great workout that I wanted to mention is walking. Walking is a good way to clear your mind. Why not have a spring romance with nature? I think nature is the most beautiful in spring which makes romance more attractive. So fresh and brand new. Makes you feel like you’re starting all over again. A brand new beginning.
  2. Put a price on your food- We all know there is a price to pay for certain foods. For instance if you eat at McDonald’s for a whole week the price to pay is that you will gain a couple of pounds. It only seems natural to put a price on your food right? At least I think so. What I mean is if you don’t eat your cupcakes give yourself some points for not eating the cupcake. Similarly if you eat a salad instead of a donut give yourself some points as well. The points can be redeem for cash.  Which you can buy whatever you want. Call it your weight loss haul!
  3. Spring up your goals- Write down all your hopes and aspirations for the spring. Remember there is no such thing as a dream being too big. Make your dreams a reality. After you finish writing down your goals, cut your goals into small pieces and put them in a medium size jar. Then next to that jar place an other jar this time it’s for money. You see each piece of paper have an amount. Each time you complete the goal you put the money amount in the jar. This reward system will really help you see you weight loss in a whole different perspective. I think it is important you reward yourself for the weight you have loss. After all we spend way too much time putting our self down and not enough time rewarding ourselves.
  4. Your weight loss furry friend-  If your overweight the chances are your furry companion is also fat. The reason for this is that we impose our weight on our pets. As a matter fact we literally feed them our fats. For instance you’re eating your hot dog and your dog is giving you the sweetest puppy eyes. I know you just couldn’t resist those eyes. So off the hot dog went to the floor. My suggestion is control you food intake, than you will be able to control what your pet eats. Similarly help your pet lose weight and get rewarded with your own weight loss. Your furry companion weight goes hand in hand with your weight. For example, your pet needs a walk.   5. Water is your life force- Remember your parents always annoying you by telling you to drink water? I know I remember. Did you know your parents were absolutely right? I know I didn’t think they were right. But it’s true drinking water does not just hydrate you it helps you feel full faster. That’s right eat less with water.  From my experience when I drink water with a meal I became full faster. Therefore I ate less which inevitably cause me to lose weight. Yes it really is that simple. Drink water with each meal to feel fuller faster. You know I try to show you losing weight doesn’t have to be hard. That you too can lose weight it’s not just a fantasy but rather a dream that wants to be fulfilled.

Fulfill Your Love World Fitters

Hi World Fitters! How is life? My life right now is okay planning a big move in April. Which I will tell you about when it happens. As things would have it I have something to say. I wanted to say love your fat. If you don’t love your fat don’t expect other people to love your fat. I don’t mean if your fat you shouldn’t lose weight. What I mean is love your fat enough to be okay to lose it. What is love? To me love is unconditional acceptance for who and what you are.

Do you feel love World Fitters? Do you think love has a weight, that after a certain weight you are not capable of love? Well I’m here to tell you that is not so. There  are some fat lovers out there. No I’m not talking about the guys that have a fetish for big women. Some guys truly prefer their women with some meat on them. Frankly who can blame them fat women are every bit as sexy as skinny women.

So just what is it that man find desirable about extra love handles. Extra love handles means more to love and touch. Of course we are soft to the touch. Plus size women does just that add to your life.

Why So Plastic (World Fitters)?

It’s no surprise plastic surgery is on the rise. Plastic surgery is a quick fix to everyday problems. I myself prefer to be natural, as of today I have had no work done. I wish I could say that for everyone else. The fact is a lot of people are getting some work done on their bodies.

Just to be clear I don’t think getting plastic surgery is wrong. If your unhappy about something you should try to fix it. Perhaps the issue is that you see something wrong with your body in the first place. Why can’t people just be happy with what they are born with?

Well I think people can’t be happy with what they have because magazines and TV shows are always flaunting their ideal beauty. For example,  Debra Lafave is Americans ideal beauty. She is white, blond, beautiful and thin. Her beauty helped her become a celebrity of some kind. Although she became a celebrity for the wrong reasons. As a matter of fact it’s no secret what she did. She “raped” a fourteen year old boy. But got of relatively easy for her crime. Many people suspect it was her looks that got her off.

The world is obsessed with looks. Being beautiful is more important then being nice. It’s this obsession with looks that is keeping plastic surgery popular. For the sake of this weight loss website we are only going to be talking about weight loss plastic surgery. For instance tummy tucks, liposuction, Brazilian butt lift, and body contouring. All this body contouring is prof that we are not perfect.

That’s right your not perfect! Things happen! Are what plastic surgeons depend on. They’re making a profit out of your insecurities. If everybody was born perfect and love their bodies, plastic surgery wouldn’t exist. I built this website to help people love their bodies just as it is. I feel a lot of people don’t love their bodies. All I hear is people getting work done. There are many forms of plastic surgery. Below I have a list of different kinds of surgery related to weight loss:

  • Liposuction- Suck out your imperfections and become perfect. At least that’s what liposuction means to me. What does it mean to you world fitters? According to Wikipedia liposuction “is a cosmetic surgery operation that removes fat from many different sites on the human body. ” So what is the cost of perfection via liposuction? The cost of an average liposuction surgery is about $9,200. However the cost vary from patient to patient. For instance if your really big and require a lot of work by the surgeon, understandably the cost will be more then $9,200. Please don’t let the cost be the determinate factor of where to go get your body done. Life has no price!
  • Tummy tucks- “Come on honey tuck it in” is a rather common phrase heard by millions. Similarly tummy tucks are becoming rather popular too. Many people each year get tummy tucks to improve their appearances. “Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is a cosmetic surgery procedure used to make the abdomen thinner and more firm.” So does a tummy tuck also tuck at your wallet too? Actually no, a tummy tuck is surprisingly cheaper then a liposuction. On average a tummy tuck is about 8,150. But again we can’t put a price on our life can we? Well I certainly don’t think so. Go by the quality not the cost.
  • Body Contouring- While weight loss is a great thing. What is not such a great thing is the after results. What I mean is that after a 110 pound weight loss you are likely to have some loose skin. Nothing is pretty about loose skin. It’s a casualty of eating the wrong foods. Further-more your also likely to have some stretch marks.
  •   In which case contouring your body is the next step in your weight loss journey. So what exactly is body contouring? “Body contouring is any procedure that alters the shape of different areas of the body.” “Body contouring after massive weight loss refers to a series of procedures that eliminate and/or reduce excess skin and fat that remains after previously obese individuals have lost a significant amount of weight.” Coincidentally the cost of body contouring can significantly set you back on cash. Don’t forget body contouring involves liposuction, tummy tuck, and removing excess skin. It’s no wonder it is rather expensive. Below I have listed the average body contouring amounts of different parts of the body.

While I don’t condone Plastic surgery I feel it’s better I inform you guys on the safe way to get the body you love.  I hope this article have helped you in your decision on whether surgery is for you. My Life My Story Part 2

Whats going on World Fitters? I myself am just fine and dandy. After all I’m here to see another day and of course to pen another beautiful post. Today I wanted to discus low self esteem and your weight.

I know all about low self esteem. As things would have it I suffer from low self esteem through out my life. I spend years and years just not liking myself very much. Now I’ve decided to just stop!

  • Stop putting myself down.
  • Stop hating what I see in the mirror.
  • Stop doubting myself and to live my dreams.

If you currently have a low self esteem just stop! Love yourself now! Love your imperfections! Having a low self esteem have led me to many failures. You can’t succeed if you don’t love yourself. Furthermore having a low self worth have helped me create the problem I have with my weight and my body.

The way our body looks can have a big impact on our self esteem. For instance me personally not liking how my body looks have caused my self esteem to go down. I didn’t think I was attractive. I didn’t think I was worth it.

We are all worth it World Fitters. We all deserve the best.  So next time you don’t feel like getting up to go to the gym. Tell yourself you are worth it and you deserve your perfect body. It is worth it to know that any place can be your gym. For example, my home is my own personal gym.

In my apartment I have a treadmill, two weights, perfect sit up, and a jump rope. When it comes to working out you have to find the most convenient gym. Because if it is too much of a hassle then you wont be able to exercise.

The key to exercising and losing weight is founding your balance. Something that fit perfectly with your life schedule. Love your life! Live your life! Cherish and love you! After all no weight loss is possible with out self love.

My Weight Loss Now

Bonjour (Good Morning) World Fitters! I wanted to do a post to not only tell you about my weight loss but to show you as well. I know I said I would show you pictures of my weight loss well here they are.

I also have my weekly shapely to constantly update you on my frantastic weight loss. You should check that out as well. What my weight loss means to me is that I can do anything my heart desires. As long as I work towards my goals I’m fine! Working out is work I can’t tell you how many times I did not feel like exercising. However that is to be expected because weight loss is not perfect.

Nevertheless I got off my lazy bottom and started to exercise. One key component to my weight loss has been Pact. Pact is an app that pays you to live a  healthier life style. What I’ve learned is that your weight is up to you. World Fitters mainly  what have been keeping me motivated is me. I want to love the body I’m in. When everyone is down on my body I have to be the women who pick myself back up.

Dressing Your Weight

Hello World Fitters! Another week have pass by. It’s now Friday time for my latest post. This post I wanted to focus on finding the right clothes to  compliment your body.

I know I’ve been telling you about my weight loss journey on my weekly shapely. However this blog is a bit different. How so you may ask? This article is different because I wont be giving you snippets of my weight loss. Instead I will be talking about dressing your weight.

Before when I was thin I had no problem finding clothes to fit me. As you guys know before I use to be a size eight. Now I’m a size eight, nine, ten and eleven. What? I know  up and down.  Finding  clothes havent been easy. It’s obvious the fashion designers don’t make clothes to fit every body type.

I’m getting prepared to write a letter to all the designers to complain about not being able to find my size.  Laugh out Loud, but seriously it is no piece of cake finding the right clothes especially when you’re morbidly obese. One major problem is finding clothes that looks sexy and body appropriate.

Being fat can be sexy. Curvy and voluptuous people want some love too. We date and want to marry some day. Why cant our clothes reflect that too? That is a question I definitely want the answer to. My best answer to that question is many people don’t see fat as being sexy. They see it as something that should be covered. Hance that is exactly what the clothes are doing.  I’m not big and I find it difficult to find clothes even after losing some weight. I can only imagine how hard it is for a morbidly obese women and men to find the right clothes.

World Fitters I did some research it seems the average size to have decent clothes is about 24-26, 24-28, and 1XL- 3XL. What do you do if your bigger then that? The answer is have your clohtes made for you. Which is rather on the expensive side.

Another alternative is to go on a clothes hunt. Where you go to varies stores mixing and matching. For instance I did that on my last shopping run. I got a small eleven and a small ten pants which is equivalent to a size 10 and a size 8 pants. The different sizes confused me a bit. I remember when i got the exact same pants to have one fit me and one don’t. Imagine my frustration World Fitters. Clothes hunting is not fun for me but rather a must.

Relationships And Your Weight

Hello world fitters! Franchy here! Today I want to talk about relationship and your weight. Are you currently in a fulfilling relationship? I’m, I’ve been in my current relationship with my boyfriend Jeffrey Skeete for 6 years. That by far is my longest relationship ever!

Just because you are not fat you can still have relationship problems. Conversely you can be fat and be in a long fulfilling relationship. The bottom line is everyone wants to be love. I truly believe there is someone for everybody. You just have to keep looking for your prince charming. Before I met my prince charming, I kissed a lot of frogs hoping they would turn to my prince charming. Needless to say kissing all those frogs left me with a bad taste in my mouth, yuck!

Hey you can’t play the game of love without getting a little dirty. Add being fat to the mix the game of love just got a lot more interesting. I do realize getting dates when you are fat can be very difficult. As a result many women settle because they don’t think they deserve better. World fitters don’t settle you deserve the best!

I’ve heard many stories from women who didn’t believe they deserve the best. The guys cheated and beat them, they still stayed in the dysfunctional relationship. To me that is just sad.   • Know yourself and love yourself- Knowing yourself worth can really come in handy when you are trying to attract the opposite sex. Knowing you deserve the best can help you achieve the most fulfilling relationship that will last for a life time. When are you ready for a long lasting relationship? You are truly ready if you adore yourself. Are you ready for love?
  • Confident  Fantastic You- Being confident in yourself is key when it comes to establishing a long lasting relationship. “If you don’t have confidence in yourself no one will” is a very true statement. No one will ever know you the way you know yourself. After all you know yourself inside out. Additionally you know your deepest desires, your hopes and dreams.
  • I’m ready for my close up- Man by all purposes are visual creatures. They like girls that look good. You don’t have to be thin to look good. As a matter of fact I know plenty of good looking women who are not exactly thin. Which is just fine. After all not all man prefer skinny females. Do the best with what you are born with. For instance wear clothes that compliments your body type and, fix your hair in a way that says you took a lot of time to create that look. Then finish up with flawless make up that just screams hot. Voila your ready to steal a guys heart away!
  • Body perfection- Ah don’t we all wish we had the perfect body, the perfect coca cola bottle shape? Yes I do but that is just unrealistic. I truly believe there is no such thing as the perfect body. We all have our own unique  body shape which is just fine. Beautiful women comes in all forms not just one. You are only provided with one body. That you must take care of to the best of your ability. Take care of yourself by watching what you eat. Don’t go all crazy and remove food completely out of your life. That will slow down your metabolism a lot. Further-more you can also exercise on a regular basis to help you maintain a healthy weight. Moreover I would suggest you get a doctors opinion on what is best to help you lose the weight? Whatever you do stay away from negative people and their opinion about your weight. Concentrate on doing what is best for your body.
    • Just pop the question- If after you’ve done everything to get his attention and he still hasn’t asked you out. There’s no harm in asking him out. Some  men likes to be asked too. If he say no I know it will hurt and be a bit embarrassing. Just move on! There are plenty of guys out there worthy of your love. Just wait patiently for Mr Right. Good luck on finding love.

I hope you find my relationship hacks helpful and you are able to find love. Relationships are hard for everyone it doesn’t matter what your size is.  Stop thinking that your size is preventing you from finding love. When I was skinny I always had problems in keeping relationships. I had problems finding love because of my low self view. My advice is love yourself get confident and be with the guy of your dreams. Reflection Of You Now (World Fitters)

Hello World Fitters! How was your previous weekend? Did I miss anything? Where are you now in your life? My weekend was great! I got much needed rest. Yes I had some fun! As for where I’m now in my life? I’m currently reflecting on my life. Is my life  where it needs to be?  So far my life is somewhat where it needs to be. I’m happy about that. What about you? As you guys know I was not here last Friday. I was on a short break. We all need to take breaks here and there to re-energize ourselves from time to time.  As I said before it’s okay to not exercise for two days or maybe even three days. Just don’t over do it and take a week off. For instance I’m taking it easy with the exercising for now, as I’m not feeling well.

Another great reason to take a break is to reflect on your life. Reflecting on your life can help you figure out what caused the weight gain in the first place. While figuring out the cause of your weight gaining ask yourself theses questions.

Question your weight, Reflect

  1. Why do you eat?
  2. Are you really hungry right now or just bored?
  3. What is your mood for eating?
  4. Why do you think your fat?
  5. What is your weight gaining hack?
  6. Do you love yourself?
  7. How can I help you get the body you deserve?

My Frantastic Answers

  1. I eat mostly when I’m hungry. When I’m full I stop eating. Although sometimes when I see people eating delicious foods I do get tempted to  eat more. However I  Often  resist the food temptations.

My special note- Often what causes weight gain is eating for other reasons then being hungry. For instance eating a whole lot of food after a bad break up. My advice is only eat when you’re hungry.

2. Yes I’m really hungry I’m not bored.

My special note- I’ve heard of many people eating because they are bored. There are many opportunities to be bored in life, which can mean  a lot of weight gaining. Instead of eating junk food why not tread it for a healthy snack like an apple. More over get active and find something to do.

3. I don’t really have a mood for eating. I just eat when I’m hungry.

My special note- Unlike me many people are mood eaters. You can easily tell their mood base on how much their eating. For instance may people eat when they are sad and depress. Stop mood eating and let your stomach tell you when to eat.

4. I don’t think I’m fat. I just want to get in better ship. However I believe what causes me to be out of ship is listening to other peoples opinion about my weight. I just need to believe in myself.

My special note- I believe the best way to combat weight gain is knowing why you are fat?  That way you can stop the negative processes.

5. I don’t really have a weight gaining hack.

My special note-  While I don’t have any weight gaining hack, I know other people do. Here is my list:

  • Hiding food in your special spot.
  • Late night snacking with your food buddy.
  • Taking your favorite snack with you on the go.
  • Having your emergency stash, not too far away.
  • Having your favorite restaurants on speed dial.
  • Your favorite foods sending you emails.

6. Yes I love myself. If you ask me that a couple of years back my answer would’ve been no. I’ve noticed the negative effects of not loving yourself. For instance I would just be in a lot of unhealthy relationships and be not taking care of myself. Which is why I’ve grown to love the awkward me. Love yourself World Fitters!

My special note- Not loving yourself can prevent you from getting the body you deserve.  Hating your body can only hurt you in the long run.  Love yourself every single inch of you. I love you so stop it!

7. I can help you get the body you deserve by telling you my story. My story is your story. After all  everyone struggles with their weight at one point or another. I’ll give you the best advice that I can.  So you can have the body you deserve.
