Hello Lovelies. Hope you are all doing well. Today I wanted to talk about a topic that is near and dear to my heart. Something we all suffer from time to time is low self-esteem. Growing up, I was teased mercilessly and was told I was unattractive. Moreover, my caregivers kept telling me that I was slow mentally. Understandably so, I developed a really low self-esteem. I just never felt that I was good enough. I thought everyone was better than me. Eventually, my low self-worth began taking its toll on my well-being. “Self-esteem is a core component of your well-being, affecting how you think, feel, and act; high self-esteem is linked to resilience, confidence, and better mental health, while low self-esteem can contribute to negative thought patterns, insecurity, and mental health issues like depression and anxiety. “

I’ve developed a lot of anxious thoughts due to my self-esteem issues. Always thinking about what people think about me and who likes me. Having low self-esteem has had a destructive impact on all my romantic relationships. I have gotten my heart broken many times from being with guys who did not care about me. Similarly, my non-romantic relationships have also suffered. Ya, Lovelies, I’m being very transparent with you right now. I’m sharing something that has been buried deep in my soul for many years now. I’m very vulnerable, and I hope that by sharing my story, I can help you. Life is much more complicated when you don’t love yourself and constantly put yourself down. Never seeing the beautiful mind that you possess, which can propel you to great things. Hello Lovelies, good morning, good afternoon, or good evening wherever you are in the world. As you guys may know, I’m very authentic with you all. Yes, I’m a mixed black girl, and I’m very different. I always try to be honest and speak straight from the heart. I see the world totally differently. I have no hate in my heart, just pure love and understanding. As I always say, my eyes are blue. However, my differences have not always been so easily understood. I know it has at times interfered with my well-being. “Differences can impact wellbeing both positively and negatively; embracing them through communication and understanding can strengthen relationships and boost wellbeing, while unresolved conflict can cause stress and harm mental health.”

I remember a post I wrote a bit back on my other website. It says I’m black, but I’m not actually black. Nothing could have been truer. Growing up, I always felt very different, like an outsider of sorts. As a little girl, I knew that I was not like other little girls or boys. There was just something very different and loving about me. For so long I didn’t want to be different I just wanted to fit in. I didn’t want to be so different that some people would be surprised and unsure how to respond. As I got older, I learned to truly, madly, deeply appreciate my differences and realized that I was wonderfully beautiful. I know as a teen, you want to fit in and have a lot of friends who validate you. Even as an adult, you want to be loved and accepted. No one wants to be the odd one out. The one who has to stand alone. As that can feel very lonely and uncomfortable. I wanted to write this post to support you and let you know that it is okay to be different. Our differences are what make the world go around and create a wide range of businesses and opportunities. So be different, be you. Franchy’s Daily Wellness Journal 11-10-2025 With Luv “Fear of success and your well-being.”

Wow, Lovelies, it is true that I have been blogging since 2013 and working online even before then. If I had let my fear overtake my sweet dreams, I would not be where I am today. What are some of your fears, Lovelies? “Fear is a natural survival response that triggers the “fight or flight” response, but chronic or excessive fear can negatively impact wellbeing by causing physical and mental health issues.” It is healthy to have fears every now and again. Like experiencing stage fright whenever you have to present your project in front of the class. But what do you do when your fear is keeping you from your happily ever after?

Lovelies, I can think of plenty of times when I let my fear get in my way. My most recent fear was cutting my long hair. I was afraid of how it would look and what people would think. I’m so happy to have overcome my fear and finally cut my hair off. It is growing back, thankfully, and looks a lot healthier. I have touched on fear a lot throughout my blog posts—the ultimate dream killer. However, fears are not only detrimental to your dreams but also really destructive to your health. It can rob you of your peace and cause you many physical discomforts, like chest pain. It is important to note that fear, in moderation, can help you avoid harm and sometimes keep you from making a really bad decision. Contrastingly, too much fear can give you medical problems and keep you from living your best life ever. Lovelies, it is all about taking everything one step at a time, reducing stress and excessive worrying. Which I myself am currently working on right along with you. Hello Lovelies, hope you are doing awesomely amazing today. I remember my reasoning for starting this frantastic blog: to learn self-love and compassion for myself. I knew there were others on the same journey, and I wanted to share my story as an inspiration.”Self-love is essential for well-being, acting as a foundation for mental and physical health by increasing self-esteem, resilience, and emotional balance.” As I get older and my perfectly imperfect body undergoes so many changes, practicing self-love becomes so essential. As beauty standards become steeper, practicing self-love is your lifeline to a happier, more fulfilling life.

Yes, Lovelies, we all want to be happy, living our best lives ever. That all begins with loving the person you see in the mirror smiling back at you, loving your flaws and all your perfect imperfections. I know our beauty standards are wildly different as we come from all over the world. Some of us have straight hair. At the same time, others like me have curly hair. Moreover, blue and green eyes may decorate your pretty face. We are all beautiful, truly. Knowing we are beautiful and perfectly imperfect can help with our well-being. Furthermore, practicing self-love daily can help us cope with the most challenging situations. For instance, I’m currently going through a difficult time. By trying to be more understanding and not beating myself up all the time, I’m just practicing self-love. It is really helping to improve my overall well-being. Lovelies, I want to be happy. For me personally, my dreams are what help me get up and start my day. Dreams are the reason I never give up, no matter how bad things get. Dreams give me purpose and fulfillment. I want to live my best life. To do that, I have to make my dreams come true. “Living your dream while maintaining your well-being involves aligning daily actions with your vision, prioritizing your needs, and practicing self-care.” After all, dreams only work if you do.

Hey there, Lovelies. How are you all doing? I hope all is going well for you and you have found some peace. As I get older, the need for a peaceful mind becomes more important. In life, so much is going on, and it can be challenging to find time to create some peace for yourself. “Peace and your well-being are deeply interconnected, as cultivating inner peace leads to improved mental, emotional, and physical health.” For example, you could be experiencing a difficult time in your life, but you find some peace through meditation, and that significantly helps you deal with your hardship.

I’m currently dealing with some hardships and am trying to make peace with my perfect imperfections—things like accepting that making mistakes is part of living and learning. Not letting painful memories overtake your happiness. Being able to close your eyes and have a restful, peaceful sleep. Your peace is priceless. It deserves to be protected and cared for unconditionally. Steer clear of acquaintances that rob you of your peace. If they don’t love and support you, then they don’t deserve to be part of your life. Lovelies, you deserve all the happiness in the world. Know that and never settle for less. Hiya Lovelies. Today, I wanted to discuss the impact of technology on our well-being. I have a love-hate relationship with technology. On one side, it allows me to work from the comfort of my own home. Contrarily, it can create unnecessary stress and anxiety. For instance, I enjoy social media. It can be very entertaining and funny. However, social media can create a feeling of unease and anxiety. Everyone on social media seems to be having a fantastic life, while you’re struggling to get out of bed. Some filters can make someone’s life seem perfect, which leaves you wondering what is wrong with me.

Absolutely nothing is wrong with you, Lovelies. You are perfectly imperfect and beautiful. As a content creator myself, I know how to create content for different audiences. A lot of the pictures are smoky mirrors. Things are not as they seem. For instance, I was watching a true story of a big influencer. Everything was a lie. The mansions and beautiful cars were just rented. They were really in debt from trying to live beyond their means. You know me, Lovelies: I’m always authentic with you all and never pretend I have all the answers. Because I really don’t. Constantly being bombarded with unrealistic expectations can seriously affect your well-being. Which is why I think it is good to take mental breaks from technology from time to time. Put your life into perspective, care about the things that are truly dear and near to your heart. What matters is that you are happy and healthy. That you are living your best life ever. Hi Lovelies, I hope you are doing well and are having a good day. Today I wanted to talk about change. Personally, I don’t like change. I like things to stay the same. For instance, I’m pretty predictable when I find something I want, I stick with it. For instance, I’m still using a mirror I have had since I was 18. Lovelies, I will admit it, I find change uncomfortable. The truth is, everything is constantly changing. So it’s best to build a healthy relationship with the inevitability of change. “Adapting to change is crucial for well-being and can be managed by focusing on what you can control, maintaining routines, and practicing self-care.”

Lovelies, as I get older, I’m constantly practicing self-care. For example, every day I try to make some time to meditate, as that is very good for my well-being. Similarly, learning to accept change rather than fight it can exponentially improve your well-being. I have recently been experiencing some changes in my life. I just chopped off my hair and started a new relationship. What changes have you recently experienced? Comment below to get the support you deserve. Lovelies, your happiness and well-being are closely intertwined, much like a commitment is to a healthy relationship. You can’t have one without the other. Similarly, you being wealthy if you’re not happy doesn’t make much sense to me either. Does it make sense to you? Ya, your happiness is very important. When it comes to your wellbeing, feeling good and living the life you truly desire is key to keeping your wellbeing intact. “Happiness plays a crucial role in overall well-being, acting as both a contributor to and an outcome of a healthy and fulfilling life.” 

So, currently, I’m not happy. My old demons are presently visiting me unexpectedly. Needless to say, my well-being for today is not good. It’s making it hard to get any work done and do other chores that I needed to get done for today. Gosh, I’m always writing about things I’m currently experiencing in my perfectly imperfect life. Lovelies I genuinely hope you appreciate my transparency in my business. So why am I sharing these personal facts with you all? I’m sharing firstly to offer you support if you are also currently going through a difficult time. Moreover, I wanted to provide you with an example of how your happiness or lack thereof can impact your well-being. Which inevitably keeps you from going on with your day and doing all the things you need to do. Sometimes we go through life like we are zombies, doing all the things that are necessary while feeling miserable. The stress from all that can really hurt your health in the long run. Hiya, Lovelies, how are you doing? I truly hope all is going well at the moment. If you know me, then you will realize that I’m literally addicted to worrying. I worry about everything seriously. My thinking is very negative, unfortunately. Which is really bad when “your thinking is deeply connected to your well-being, as thoughts influence your emotions, actions, and even physical health.” Yes, Lovelies, you can’t have negative, doubtful thoughts and expect to succeed in all you do. In short, if you think you will win, you are right, and if you think you will lose, you are also right. As you become what you think about.

Lovelies, imagine you are at a restaurant having a good time with your friends and family, celebrating a new job prospect. Then, all of a sudden, your mind is bombarded with negative thoughts. Suddenly, you become tense and stressed. You are no longer having a good time. That’s precisely how it can get for me. Lovelies, I know I have a problem with worrying. Which is why I use an app like Calm to help quiet my mind. When I’m in a better place, I’m thinking about using Better Help. I also need therapy. Like with anything else, realizing you need help is the first step. Then take it one step at a time. Another thing I’m thinking about giving a go at is my online diary. It also helps to write down your thoughts. Just doing my meditation is good for my well-being. You don’t need to make a significant change for your life to take a turn for the better, Lovelies. Sometimes one little decision can make all the difference in the world. Choose happiness every day, and everything else will begin falling into place. I love you all.
