Winter Weight Gain No More!

Hola world fitters! I just left my apartment to be surprised by the cooler weather. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised it is fall. Goodbye summer dresses, short crop shorts, and last but not least goodbye beautiful hot weather. The cooler weather that fall brings is welcome by many people. Fall is okay with me. The only issue I have is that. When fall comes it will be soon be followed by winter. Nothing depresses me more then winter. Which coming from a New Yorker doesn’t really make any sense.

New York as you know gets pretty cold winters. Don’t get me wrong there are certain perks of the winter season. For instance snow looks pretty nice falling from the skies and pre tramping escapades. There is something therapeutic about being with your family around the fire place. While drinking some hot chocolate and exchanging funny memories. Yup that would be a beautiful post card to send to your family members. During the holiday seasons. However there are some unwanted side effects of winter. Such as weight gaining.

Many of us (myself included) uses the holidays as a good excuse to gain weight. For example, ” I just couldn’t resist the tasty turkey.” or “These sprinkle holiday cookies are calling my name.” Okay I get it. You want to enjoy your food for the holidays. There is nothing wrong with that. It’s not good to restrict yourself too much. Because eventually you will give in to temptation. The key is to do everything in moderation. If you find yourself over eating. Do some exercise to help balance everything out. For instance after a big thanksgiving meal go on a nice walk around your neighborhood. Checkout which house have their houses decorated with Christmas lights early. During December I love walking around my neighborhood. To see which house is decorated the most. Some houses were so beautiful. I would ooohhh and aaahhh to my hearts content. Looking at Christmas lights makes me feel festive and ready for Christmas.

You must be thinking Francesca we are only in October. Why are we talking about Christmas already? You should be talking about best fall foliage in New York, or different leaf shapes identification. You are absolutely correct world fitters. I’m sorry for getting ahead of myself. I just want you guys to be prepared for the winter. I know how difficult it is to keep your weight down for the winter season. Many of us put back on the weight we loss in the summer. Below I have included different ways to avoid gaining weight this winter.

5 Franchie-Licious Winter Beauty Tips:

1. Exercise- My first tip is continue to exercise on a regular basis. I know it is easy to turn on the TV, and watch an exercise show instead. Unfortunately watching an exercise flick wont help you lose weight. If it did I would be really in shape by the summer laugh-out-loud. Who knows maybe with technology we will be able to lose weight with the TV. Until then you must exercise to get the body that you want.

2. Never party on an empty stomach- Make sure you go to the party with food already in your stomach. So that you wont over eat unhealthy food. Foods like water and salad are good to have before you go to the party. That way your eat less and preserve your body.

3. Sober up to your weight loss- Try to limit the amount of alcohol that you intake. While alcohol may make you feel good. It also causes you to put on extra weight as well. Which you wont particularly feel good about. I know you want to get loose. You will get loose after you avoid a couple glass of wine. You will be one step closer to the body that you want.

4. Practice for your perfect body- “Practice makes perfect.” I don’t expect you to be perfect. You will slip up now and again. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Temptation will win sometimes. The key is to make up for your bad habits. For example, putting in extra hours at the gym for one week. Similarly you can eat clean for a week or two. Don’t just say you fail and go back to your bad habits. Once you stop it’s harder to go back. Don’t quit! Keep going! I’m rooting for you world fitters.

5. Fun times are here- It’s a party! Have fun! Sometimes we go to the party and don’t see anyone we are particularly friends with. So we head to our old friend the food table. Who is on the side waving you over. That’s why food addiction is such a problem. It is always there to comfort you when you need it. Tonight is time to party! No comfort food! Go ahead and meet new people and have fun! Maybe you will meet a new friend that can comfort you.

Hello world fitters! Do you like the little nick name I’ve given you? I hope you do. Well world fitters as you know it is getting chillier and chillier. It’s almost time for me to hibernate. Thus beginning the true test if the weight will stay off. I had made a promise to myself to keep the weight off. I definitely don’t want to go into next summer with extra pounds of fat. To be frank I’m a bit nervous that I will put on more weight. As last summer I lost quite a bit of weight. During the winter time I’ve put back on the weight. Needless to say I was very disappointed with myself. I’ve worked really hard with a friend to lose the weight but only to put it back on.

I’m sure you as well have experienced the same thing. Losing the weight is not the hard part. The hard part is keeping the weight off. Many of us get into the dress for the event that we wanted. When the event have finished. We go back to our old habits and put back on the weight. That’s why I don’t diet. In my opinion diets work only for a short term. If you want long term results. Then you have to change your life style.

Depression Stops Your Dreams

Hello world fitters. Depression and weight gain goes hand in hand. The chances are if your big. You wont love your body and your likely to be depress. Unfortunately that’s what the bullies want. They want you to hate your body and hate yourself. Last week we talk about “fat shamming.” “Fat shamming” had led to a lot of depression. A lot of shame. For instance when I gain the weight I really felt ashamed of my body. I no longer felt attractive. Which was embellish with people telling me I was less attractive. All of us must understand that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. We should have the body that we want because we are all worth it. In order for us to be happy. We deserve to get the body and life that we want.

When we are not where we want to be in life. We get depressed and get uninterested in life. Things that we use to love. Have lost it luster. Now depressive thoughts have filled your head. You feel hopeless like life will never get any better. I have struggle with these thoughts in the pass. I felt alone because I have isolated myself from my love ones. Yeah I was knee deep in depression. We all get a little blue sometimes. For example, maybe your long time love have decided that he no longer wanted to be with you. I’ve been heart broken before. It certainly wasn’t fun. Eventually the pain wear off and you move on with your life. With depression you cant simply push the negative thoughts aside and move on. Depression hold on to you like a tight sweater. It wont let you get away from it’s tight grasp. So how do you tell if it is depression and not just a small case of the blues? What is depression?

“Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. “Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think, and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.” With depression it is more then feeling a little sad. Activities you normally do. You can no longer do them. The energy and positive thoughts are just not there. For example, you are not able to get up and take a shower. That sign let you know that you are experiencing more then your usual woes. While going through these difficult times. It’s good to have a good support group. A support team that you can talk to about your difficult days. Sometimes we just need someone to just listen. No judgment! No suggestions! Just your ear and perhaps a hug or two.

Sometimes a simple hug just wont do. Maybe you need some anti-depressants. Before you get the right drug. you have to know what type of depression you have. Currently there are nine types of depression. They are Major Depression, Persistent Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD), Psychotic Depression, Postpartum Depression, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder(pmdd), Situations Depression, Atypical Depression. In another blog post I will go over in more details about the different types of depression. Right now I just wanted to touch on the topic. To give you guys an idea on the different types of depression. So that you can get the help that you need. For your weight gain problems.

As I mentioned before weight gain can have a profound effect on your mental health. Which then can lead to depression. Some people gain weight when they are depressed. While others lose the weight. It depends on the individual. How about you world fitters? Do you gain or lose weight when your depressed? I myself lose weight when I’m depressed. The following research shows the correlation between depression and weight gain. In a 2009 research by the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The researchers found that the more depress people are. The more likely they are to gain weight more then there happier counter parts. It’s really simple really. When you are depressed you wont be moving that much. Your irregular food habits wont help the situation. So the weight will get piled up. The gainer may feel guilty about the weight gain and in turns eat more and gain more weight. It’s a vicious cycle. This vicious cycle can stop with the right suggestions.

My suggestion is try and get the person moving. Exercising releases the endorphins in the brain which makes you feel good. Whenever I’m done exercising I usually feel good. So exercise and get high on life and your body. When your happy the way things are going in your life. It shows! Your skin will be glowing. Your look young and youthful. Your look ready for anything life has to offer. So go out there and live! Your time is limited! Don’t ever waste anytime doing what you don’t love. Cherish every moment like it is your last. Because it just mate be. Make your mark in this world or you will be forgotten. Never forget your dreams! Don’t let depression stop you from achieving your dreams.

Hello world fitters! I’m currently here at work. Thinking about what news you guys want me to report to you. I do try to keep you up-to-date on the latest information. After all when it come to weight loss, it’s good to try different things to see which work best for you. Stopping your weight loss journey because of boredom is a very common reason to quit. For instance this whole summer heading to the park and taking one of my long walks. Sometime haven’t been easy. Sometime I definitely wanted to stay home and relaxed. Especially after I was seeing results. I felt I deserve a cheat day as a congratulation for my hard work. As the cooler weather comes in. I know my walking outdoors will stop and I will take my work outs to inside my house. Which in it self will be a challenge. As I get easily distracted. In the end I have to want it bad enough.

I do want it bad enough. I want to make my weight loss part of my life permanently. I’m not going to put back on the weight. I truly believe its imperative that you make the decision to lose the weight. You have to lose the weight for yourself. In the past I tried to lose the weight for other people. I have a story I’m working on to publish on kindle. Below is an excerpt of the story from my blog. I hope you enjoy it.

As I sit on the ledge my legs dangling.
My sandals desperately clanging to my feet.

I admire the beautiful view.

It is dark now the reflection of the moon on the water is breath taking.

The water is glistening. It looks so inviting.

As if it is beckoning me to jump in.

Then suddenly I feel something push me.

Ahhhhh I scream desperately trying to hold my balance.

But to my disappoint I fell in the water.

A big splash brake the calmness of the glistening water.

I submerge myself in it’s warm inviting arms.

Then finally I surface to be overwhelm by an engenius laughter.

That laughter I could recognize from miles away.

There stood this strawberry blond. With a big smile on her face.

Trying to hold back her laughter. Summer I yelled between gasping for air.

What she asked in her lovely southern belle voice?

What you mean what? Don’t act coy with me Missy.

I look at her I almost could see her halo above her head as she stare innocently in my eyes.

I broke our gaze and begin to climb the smaller ladder.

Well I asked are you going to just stand there looking pretty or are you going to help me up?

Oh okay she sigh loudly (She is not captain of her drama club for nothing).

I felt her soft hands in mines momentarily.

I glance at her red lips as they softly parted.

Come on Steven pull yourself up she said softly gasping.

She look so cute. I almost felt guilty for what I’m about to do.

Suddenly I crab around her elbow and let go of the ladder.

She let out a loud shrill as we both escaped inside the glistening beauty of the water.

I surfaced first. I look around I don’t see a single strand of her strawberry blond hair.

Then suddenly I feel someone pull me under. I escape beyond the surface again.

One after the other we both surfaced.

Come on I said softly lets go home it’s getting late.

She softly nodded. I climbed up first then helped her up.

I glanced over to the side and noticed she bought her bag with her.

I went inside her bag and grabbed two towels.

That was fun she giggled. I smile yeah it was.

Then again I always had fun with her.

I went over to her and help dry her back.

A girls shallow whisper called out.

We both looked up from what we were doing.

We both jumped slightly and quickly separated.

Jessica? I blushed.

What are you doing She stammered?

Um we were just having a late night swim.

How come I wasn’t invited She asked? Placing her hands on her hips.

Well I said looking at Summer she shrugs.

I guessed I’m on my own I thought to myself.

Well it was kind of last minute.

You could have called she said accusatorily.

Yeah I could’ve I admitted.

I called your mom she said you was down here.

I thought you were alone she said glancing over at Summer.

Um Steven Summer said crabbing her things quickly.

Hello there world fitters! How are you? I’m fine as always. I’m still keeping track of my exercising. I’ve been exercising on average about 6 days a week. which is pretty good. However I will admit I did cut back a bit this week. I’ll be the first to admit it;s okay to cut back on your workouts sometimes. Just don’t make it a habit. The key to your success is consistency. If your not consistent the weight will slowly come back. I want you to succeed. So keep at it. No matter if you feel like you are failing. Don’t give up! Is the tip I have for you.

I know I may make weight loss seem more easy then it is actually. I know maintaining your weight loss is not easy. Many of us go up and down in our weight. I’m definitely guilty of that. But finally I have manage to keep my weight stable. I’m very proud of myself. I’ve been working out and eating my fruits and veggies. Which at times can seem like a chore. My previous tip can seem like a chore also. Another tip I have for you world fitters is that keep you workouts interesting. Otherwise you will get bored and stop exercising. Body Shaming, As If

Hello world fitters. How are you? I’m fine of course! Trying to be positive! As you guys know this web-site is all about loving yourself as you are. Like Michael Jackson says “it doesn’t matter if you fat or skinny.” Okay maybe Michael Jackson didn’t say exactly that. But I think you get the point? Right? It is my opinion that the world is obsessed with the perfect body.

What is the perfect body? Well according to the media. The perfect body is about 125 pounds, size 38C breast, 22 inch waist, and a big back side. “Baby’s got back” an excited Sir Mix-a-lot song. So basically Nicki Minaj has the perfect body! Where does that leave the rest of us normal woman? I’ll tell you. That leaves us on an operating table getting ready to go under the knife. So that we too can have the perfect body. I think loving our body is so overrated! Nobody likes how they look. We all think there is something that needs fixing in our body. For example, “cosmetic surgery is booming worldwide as people flock to have millions of operations including breast augmentation, liposuction, and Botox.” It’s this obsession with perfection that makes Donna Simpson so unique.

Donna Simpson was born on 1967 in Mogadore Ohio. Donna Simpson parents had 4 children of which she was the youngest. Throughout her youth she struggles with her weight. For instance by the time Donna Simpson was 9 years of age she weight approximately 184 pounds. However in her teen years Donna Simpson loss a lot of weight. she was approximately 154 pounds. Consequently it is also during that time that she decided she doesn’t want to be skinny. “Donna Simpson wants to be the worlds fattest women.” Say what? Maybe I heard wrong! That’s right Donna Simpson wants to be even bigger then she already is. She sees being curvy as sexy. That’s when Donna Simpson decided it would be a good idea to launch her website.

In 2007 Donna Simpson rose to fame by creating a web-site. On her web-site she shares with her fans her eating habits, her waist line, and photos of her lovely body. Many man would agree with Donna Simpson to a point. A lot of man see a big women that is not too big can be sexy. Apparently while some man don’t like their women too big. Other man like their women supper sized. These man are referred to as feeders. It is these feeders that frequented Donnas web-site. For instance it is reported that by 2008 of the month of October Donna Simpson had 260 subscribers. Later in her show biz career Donna Simpson had a book deal and a reality TV in the works. In the end though after her lover Phillippe Gouamba left her. Donna Simpson decided to regain control of her life by dieting. So that she can be a better mother to her two children. Donna Simpson big size was impacting her life too much. She realize she was too big and made a change. But how big is too big? When is “fat shamming” wrong?

 The answer is there is no universal measurement that lets you know your too big. Everyone have an opinion on what fat is? Your too big is an opinion that have many different sizes. Coincidentally women comes in different shapes and sizes. For example, I think myself as a curvy women. Here are my measurements 38C breast, 31 inch waist, and a medium size butt. That’s right world fitters. I feel comfortable enough to share with you my measurements. I feel like you are my online family. Similarly my friends and family also are familiar with my shape. When I venture more towards the fat side they let me know. But how big is too big? In my opinion only you can truly tell if your too big. So that you can make the decision to live a healthy and happy life. Always remember that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Which simply means everyone have their preference when it comes to beauty. Just because a woman’s body is not your preference. That doesn’t mean you should “fat shame” her.

What is “fat shamming?” “Fat shamming” is the putting down of a person because of the bigness of their body. Therefore making them feel ashamed of their body. We should all love and take care of our body. We only have one body. If a person truly needs to lose weight because their health is in danger. “Body shamming” them is not the way to go. Most of us are already insecure about our body. We don’t need someone helping us hate our body. There is one women that doesn’t agree “body shamming” is wrong. As a matter of fact she made a video describing how she felt about fat people. The women I’m referring to is Nicole Arbour.

Nicole Arbour ” is a Canadian comedian, recording artist, actress, writer, choreographer, dancer and producer from Hamilton, Ontario.” Everyone is aware of Nicole’s Arbour “fat shaming” video. It had made regular civilians as well as celebrities pretty upset. Truthfully I don’t care much for her video. It wasn’t funny or entertaining. If it was I would of said so. However I do think Nicole Arbour have a right to her opinion and a right to create her video. Just don’t take it to heart what she said. Nobody knows you and your struggles. Overeating is an addiction as well as other drugs and can turn deadly. Don’t let people put you down. Remember this blog “Body Shaming” “As If”. The bottom line is fat shamming can have devastating results. Take my story for instance.

When I put on the weight. After being skinny for most of my life. Needless to say I was told a lot of negative things about my new body. For instance a lot of people told me about how much better I looked when I was skinny. All that negative comment made my already low self esteem plummet. I no longer felt attractive. I felt that everybody thought I was ugly. At some point I was becoming suicidal. But thank god I work through my pain. I created this site to let everyone know it’s okay to not have the perfect body. Shall we begin the discussion with my #1 recommended app for weight loss? The app I’m referring to is Pact. As I mentioned before Pact is an app that pays you to eat healthy and to exercise. I first join Pact on 6-29-2015. With the intention of trying the app out. I was a little uneasy about giving out my PayPal information. As there are a lot of scams out there. One can never be too careful. Rest assure Pact is not a scam. It has pay thousands of users. So what is Pact?

There are currently 3 healthy activities you can participate in. They are Gym Pact, Veggie Pact, and Food Logging Pact. I’m currently involved in the Gym Pact. To help you decide which Pact is best for you. I have created a short description of each of the Pact.

Gym Pact- Do you find it hard to get up out of that couch? Do you need an extra push to help you exercise? Your in luck. The gym pact is guarantee to give you the extra motivation that you need.

Whether it is walking, running, playing tennis, etc…… Here you can either log into your gym, or log into your home work outs. Whatever works for you is fine. The only agreement is the work outs gotta be at least 30 mins.

Veggie Pact- If your like me you hate eating your vegetables. You much rather bite into your cupcake. Nevertheless in order for us to live a healthier life style. You have to eat more fruits and vegetables. Thats where Pact comes in. Although it is called Veggie Pact it also includes fruits. This commitment with Pact will help you eat the necessary amount of fruits and vegetables. How many fruits and veggies you eat is up to you?

Food Log Pact- If your really looking to lose the unwanted weight. This Pact is for you. Here you log in what you eat. Keeping track of what you eat can really help control your weight. Controlling your weight to create the body that you want is something everyone deserves. I know from experience that if you don’t feel comfortable in your skin. You wont succeed in life! So always remember to love the skin your in. I believe that Pact can help you to feel more comfortable in the skin your in. That is why I recommend it. Although I definitely recommend Pact. There are some technical difficulties that you should be aware of.

Below are my lists of what you should watch out for when using Pact:

1. Sometimes the sign out button doesn’t let you log out properly.

2. If there is a glitch throughout the week. Pact may need to freeze your activities for that week. So you wont get charged. Unfortunately you lose all the work for that week.

3. If you wait too long to report a problem. Then the team can’t really resolve your problems at a timely fashion. You may or may not get charged. So it is best to report your problems right away!

4. Sometimes the app completely go out of whack and make you lose an entire workout.

Waisting The Belly Away!

Hello world fitters! I hope your week is going good so far! Feel free to tell me in the comments section what you have done? This week I hope your weight loss is going good. My weight loss is going okay. I’ve loss a lot of my belly fat. Which I’m very proud of. We all know how hard it is to get rid of belly fat. It’s certainly easy to put on the pounds. All these tasty snacks were fun going down your stomach. But nothing is fun about getting rid of that gut. I’m well aware there are quick fixes to get rid of that gut. There are ways to squeeze your stomach in. As I discovered one day hanging out with my boyfriend.

On Thursday I went out with my boyfriend Jeffrey Skeete. I was wearing a tank top and short skirt. I looked nice. I was just uncomfortable about my belly showing through my shirt. I pass by the window of a ladies shop. It had these waist trainers. “They are not the same as a waist cincher which gives you the delusion of a smaller waist.” I was feeling a bit tempted to use one of those babies to help hide my exposing gut. But to be frank. I’m not into putting a waist trainer or waist cincher on. Not that anything is wrong with them. I just prefer to be natural. How about you ladies? Do you put a waist trainer or a waist cincher on? To me there is just a small difference between the waist trainer and waist cincher. I think they both do the same thing. Which is make you appear to have a smaller waist. I understand the need for a smaller waist. After all some dresses just looks better with a smaller waist. Although my waist is a lot smaller I’m still aiming for a smaller waist. Below are the definitions of a waist trainer and a waist cincher.

Below are some dangers you should be aware of before you purchase a waist trainer or waist cincher:

While a waist trainer and waist cincher makes you look good and confident. There are some unwanted side effects to wearing the body shaping fabrics. For instance a waist trainer and waist cincher restricts your breathing. Users are not able to breath normally. Some people mate agree it’s worth the pain. For the perfect hour glass shape. “After all beauty is pain.” Additionally a waist cincher and waist trainer also affects your eating habits. You can’t eat a lot when you have it on. Which may cause some weight loss. Futhermore waist trainers and waist cinchers are known to cause heart burns because of the pressure on the stomach. While a waist trainer and waist cincher pushes you stomach in it also rearranges your organs. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to rearrange my organs. Just for I can get a smaller waist. Moreover a waist cincher and waist trainer also “causes rib cage damage.”

Even through all the damages and dangers of waist training. People are still wearing the fabric shaping product. In my opinion its not worth it. You can do it the natural way by dieting and exercising. One good exercise for losing that belly is the plank. It truly does work. Stay tune for an article about the plank. Overall I don’t like the waist trainer or the waist cincher. But ultimately the choice is yours. My Weekly Shapely:

This week was certainly a good week for me weight wise. Although I didn’t exercise everyday. I only exercise 6 days this week. I took off on Friday because I was tired and needed a brake. There is nothing wrong with taking brakes now and again. You need to regain you strength. So that you can keep going towards your goal weight. This week I discovered an app that pays you to exercise and eat well. I find it via my coworkers web-site. The app is called Pact. I plan to write a review about the Pact app. Where I will go in-depth about the product. I’ve been using it for a while now. So far so good. Pact is a good motivational tool. If you don’t keep your pact and you don’t do what is required of you. You have to pay at least $5 to the community for each day you’ve missed. I’ve been using Pact for a while now and I like it. My 600+ Pound Article! What?!

Hello world fitters! In the past week I’ve been viewing a show call “My 600 Pound Life” on TLC. In case you’ve never seen the show. It is about people who are trying to get control over their food addictions. The show mostly consists of women detailing their weight gaining problems. Most of them have had hard life’s and use food as a comfort. For instance if they are having a hard day they turn to food. For me personally it’s the opposite. If I’m stress I don’t eat. I don’t eat my feelings sort of speak. But I can understand being stress and eating. Life is hard! That’s a fact most of us know and understand. The problem is most of us don’t have someone we could come to for support. A lot of people don’t have the money to pay for a Therapist. So a Therapist is out of the question. But what most of us have is a refrigerator full of food. If we run out of food. The refrigerator is easily filled up again.

That is a deadly cycle most food addicts go through. They eat and eat but afterwards they feel guilty about the weight gain. Most of the casts of “My 600 Pound Life” are riddled with guilt and regrets. They themselves can’t believe they have let their addiction go that far. To give you a little back ground about the show.  As I mentioned before “My 600 Pound Life” is a show prod-cast on TLC. It features Penny, Melissa, Zsalynn, Chuck, James, Dominigue, and more. The show follows them on their battle to regain their life back. Often Dr Nowzaradan is seen helping them lose enough weigh so that they can get the Gastric Bypass Surgery. So that they can lose the weight. As with other addictions there are a lot of ups and downs. That is to be expected as addictions are hard to overcome and a food addiction is no different.

When I think about Marla McCants. I think of how deep her food addiction was. She was 43 years old and weighed 800 pounds. Marla developed the addiction after being kidnaped by her ex boyfriend. Afterwards she was too scared to leave her house. Marla stayed inside her home and kept eating and gaining weight. Afterwards the cops caught her estrange ex-boyfriend. But it was already too late. Marla had gain a substantial amount of weight. Marla weighted in at 700 pounds. Her body has already gotten damaged and she saw no reasons to curb her appetite. This feeling of defeatedness is common in victims of domestic abuse. Often when I watched TV where the women is being abused by her significant other. I see women who are like Marla. Women when put under pressure react by eating their feelings sort of speak. When other women watch TV do they think this reaction is okay? Many people watch TV for many different reasons!

Many people watch TV to get an idea of what they should be like? For example, we see people partying with friends and having fun and think that is how life should be. Likewise we see a size 2-6 on TV and think that is how our body should look. Every day most of us open the TV to various images of expectations. Without a stable and strong perspective on life and self. Everybody’s opinion will drive you insane. If you want to lose weight because of someone’s opinion then you shouldn’t. However if you want to improve your body for yourself. Then you should take the necessary steps to improve your body and life.

Hello all! This week I exercise almost everyday. The only day I did not exercise was Tuesday. Lets see if next week If I can do everyday. I even got my boyfriend to come to the park with me. It is always good to have an exercise partner. An exercise partner can help you keep motivated. Plus it makes the exercise session more fun if you are with your best friend. I also recommend playing some music while you exercise. That also helps with the work out.

Hello world fitters. Before we begin our beautiful weight loss/ weight acceptance journey. I want you to first love your body as it is now. That’s right step in front of the mirror. Take of your clothes. That’s right strip until you are only in your bras and panties. Do you love what you see? I ask you to do this now because self acceptance doesn’t come with weight loss. Plastic surgery wont help you to love yourself. In order for you to be successful at anything you have to first love yourself. You have to know your worth it. This website is about losing the weight for yourself because your worth it!

In this website I will be providing you with information that I learn about losing weight. I too am on a weight loss journey. So I will share my progress as well as my failures for you can learn from my mistakes. As I mentioned before I’m not here to tell you how to live your life and what your body should look like. At the end of the day it is your body your life. With that said below is two diagrams of weight to height ratio charts. This gives you an idea of how much you should weight.

The charts above are design to give you an idea of what you should weight in order to be healthy. I myself don’t get on the scale. I find it to be frustrating and depressing. For instance after you have had a really good workout. Then you look at the scale and realize you had not loss any weight. You get discouraged. The best way to see weight loss is by seeing how your clothes fit you. As you lose weight your clothes fit you loosely. I don’t know about you but I get very excited about my big clothes not fitting me. I get even more excited about showing off a slimmer waist as pictured below.

 

 Luckily for you I have a good plan on how to lose your stomach. On this website I will give you good tips on how to lose the weight. I will provide you with different tasks to do in order to lose weight and to be healthy. So here goes my first task for you to complete. Take a picture of yourself before the weight loss. Get a pen put behind the picture “Before” and store it privately. Task number two is to keep a journal about your weight loss. On the journal you will record: What your eating? What exercise your doing? Also document how your feeling? I find it to be very therapeutic. You can keep the journal private or you can make a public blog about it and get paid.  For instance here are my blogs http://franslife82online.blogspot.com/. I think it can be good to share your blog publicly. For example, you can get feedback that can help you in the long run. Furthermore looking at other peoples weight loss journey can help you feel not alone. It’s always good to get support. Likewise I want to support you as well.
