Exercise Your Imperfections, Love Your Body

Hola (hello) World Fitters!

Today was not particularly a beautiful day at Marine Park but I still made my way to do my daily work out. Working out 7 days a week in itself is challenging nonetheless we all know how important it is to maintain your perfectly imperfect shape.

First start small then achieve big obstacles!

As for my shape I’m okay with it, the only body part I struggle with the most is my frantastic baby bump. No I’m not pregnant just everyone else seems to think I’m pregnant. Sometimes I definitely don’t feel good about my body. Luckily for me exercising helps release endorphins that makes me feel so good about being imperfect.

          I’m perfect <3             “imperfect”

Yes I’m imperfect, I have rolls, stretch marks, scars, and a couple of things that I rather not mention. Nevertheless I’m okay with all of that. I remember one guy from my pass saw me at work he was quite surprised that I let myself put on weight. He made a comment I will never forget “you use to be perfect, your face is still pretty.” So now I’m not perfect I thought great! World Fitters the reason that I mentioned my pass body history is because I wanted to illustrate why you shouldn’t exercise.

You shouldn’t exercise for someone else, it’s your body take care of it because you love it. Weight loss stimulated because of someone else and  not you won’t last forever because people comes and go out of your life. Now that you are exercising because you are worth it I wanted to share some of my favorite exercises with you.

Franchys Model Your Imperfections

Bonjour (Good Morning) World Fitters!

Good Morning <3

As an adolescent I idolize models, after all they are the “standard beauty.” Their thin bodies decorate every famous magazines and catalog. Well apparently my mother thought I could be a model so my mother had me call a model agency, which I did. Back then I had the “perfect body” absolutely no stomach and a thin frame essentialize with 36C breasts so I certainly had the looks. However I didn’t have the confidence so my modeling career was cut short or was it?

Bye Bye tummy hello curves.

I’ve been thinking World Fitters everything in life does eventually come to full circle. I mean everything you do in your life will one day be actualize. For example, there was a time that I really felt ugly that I could never be a model. Now I have turned to a model thanks to my websites and social media my pictures are all over the web. I remember a time that I had no pictures on the internet now there are many everywhere. Similarly there was a time that I hated my body and every stretch mark that decorated my body. Currently I love the body that is so perfectly imperfect. We all are models in the making as so perfectly stated by the below acrostic poem.

Franchys Model Your Imperfections:

More is more- The more beautiful you realize that you are the less imperfect your body seems.

Ok so I’m fat- Thank you for clearing that up for me, otherwise I couldn’t see that for myself. Yes I know models are supposed to be skinny, thanks again for bringing that to my attention.

Don’t speak- Have  you heard of the old saying “if you can’t say nothing nice don’t say anything at all?” Don’t Speak like my favorite song by No Doubt, please.

End perfection and indoctrinate imperfections- The truth is we are all trying to be perfect without realizing no one or nothing is perfect. Our imperfections are what makes us who we are, put an end to plastic surgeries and perfections.

Laugh of  the haters and that beautiful pouch- “Did you know Laughing intensely for an hour can burn as many calories as  lifting weight for 30 minutes, scientists have found?” So World Fitters don’t sweat it and laugh all the way to the scale because your weight is your business.

World Fitters Mold, Shape, and Paint your perfectly imperfect body. Far to many of us are propagandize by the bodies we see in magazines. Real women have curves, rolls, stretch marks, and some women doesn’t have any of these things and that is fine we all are beautiful. Follow the body positivity model and love you.

????????????????????????????????????

My weightloss

World Fitters I hope you find my many inspirational words inspiring in helping you love your body. Too many times people are putting others down for not being the standard beauty. Loseweightandfeelgreatwithfran.com understands your bodies struggle to fit in with this backward pressure building to be perfect world. No one is perfect and that is just fine, I love you World Fitters just as you are. Have a wonderful week, bye for now.

Part 2 Feederism Feed Your Mind

https://youtu.be/vw3kDTMwdyE

Good Evening World Fitters!

Today I’m doing the second part of feederism with Mz Fluff. In case you are unacquainted with part one, part one was about Donna Simpson. Just a heads up my information on Mz Fluff won’t be 100% accurate as my information is based on information about her throughout the internet. There is no formal biography of Mz Fluff so bare with me please as I gather information. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Nicole aka Nikki James was born on November 18, 1983, however at her current weight of 897 pounds i’m not certain how much longer she will live. She currently resides in North Carolina of the United States, where she fulfils many fat fetishes. Nikki have stated before she was always big, It appears she was right. For instance at the tender age of 5 she was wearing clothes for an eight year old child. Additionally “At 12 she weighed around 18 stone and was 26 stone by 15.”

Mz Fluff weight problems has been a lifelong struggle, it only makes sense that she will earn her life by turning her weight into a business right? Nicole credited her ex boyfriend to introducing her to the world of feederism because that was part of his life as well. Although I’m not happy that people are essentially paying her to kill herself however I’m happy that she is running a successful business.  For example, she have thousands of fans from around the globe who are patiently waiting for her next photo shoot. It seems as if she is trying to make the best of a bad situation. I sincerely hope that her choice of a career doesn’t kill her. She has so much life in her that she needs to let out. I wish her luck with her business, I’m not here to judge her choice of the way she live her life. It’s her life, her weight is her business!

World Fitters always remember your weight is your business. Nobody has the right to tell you how to take care of your body. In the end you are the only soul that inhibit your body, you have to be the one to make the decision to love your body. So do you like feederism, do you ever plan to join the special community? Speaking only for myself I think it is very negative, it is not body positive at all. The feeder is taking advantage and has the upper hand I think. The gainer will one day be completely dependent. I’m currently enjoying my weightloss journey, I know I’m not cut out to be a gainer.

Body Positivity Corissa Edition ??

Hello World Fitters!

How are you? Me I’m fine this lovely early morning, writing to you guys. I like to think loseweightandfeelgreatwithfran.com is a safe heaven for all body types. If you want to lose weight that’s great and if you want to stay at your perfectly imperfect weight that’s fine too, beauty does not come with a specific size. However you wouldn’t know that with the way the media glorify thinness.

One blogger is fed up with today’s standard beauty, her name is Corissa Enneking. Normally I agree with Corissa we should all love our bodies for the perfect imperfection that they are.  What am I talking about Corissa is the best blogger? Yes I agree I enjoy her blog “Fat Girl Flow” with which she blogs about finding clothes for larger size women. Nevertheless one of her videos talking about if you want to lose weight and join weight watchers you are not being body positive have changed my view of her. What???? So If you want to better your health you’re are not body positive? To me that makes absolutely no sense,  In my opinion wanting to better your health is the most frantastic way to show love to your body. Perhaps knowing more about her life will give us a better insight into why she feels the way she does about dieting.

Just who is Corissa Enneking? Corissa is a 30 something plus size women living in the midwest, USA. She currently reside in a house with her husband with whom they share it with their dog and cat affectionately called Kanka and Meouse. Another thing worth knowing about Mrs Enneking is that she loves nature and adores every artifact that makes it as lovely as it is. For instance  rocks, dirt, flowers, animals, and sunshine etc……. Corissa decided to create fatgirlflow.com after receiving a lot of support from the “fat community.” “The fat community welcomed me with open squishy arms.”

It’s this very support that body positive communities encourage that got a lot of people rub in the wrong way about what Corissa say body positivity is not. I’m sure many people are thinking who gives Corissa the authority to say what body positivity is not? She made it seem like in other for someone to be body positive they have to take a class and get a certificate in other to say they are body positive. Huh????? The whole point of body positivity is to feel comfortable and be yourself, how can you be that way if you have to think am I being body positive now? I’m sorry I don’t agree with Corissa on this matter no one should be excluded from being body positive because they decided to lose weight.

What do you think, do you agree with Corissa? As I mention before I don’t agree with her, however I respect her opinion. We all are entitled to our opinions. Most importantly we all are entitled to love our perfectly imperfect bodies. I trully hope you feel safe to be yourself, I’m always here for you either way. Have a great week, see you next time.
